★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη, άμεση και συννενοήσιμη εξυπηρέτηση και συνεργασία. Εγώ Αγγλία, αυτοί Θεσσαλονίκη και ήταν λες και ήταν δύο στενά πιο κάτω η επικοινωνία μας. Υπέροχη πρόσκληση βάπτισης του γιου μου.
Πολύ καλές τιμές. Επαγγελματική δουλειά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθύνθηκα στο 123-mpomponieres. gr για την οργάνωση της βάπτισης της κόρης μου. Δημιούργησαν χειροποίητες, μοναδικές μπομπονιέρες-προσκλητήρια, ένα πανέμορφο σετ βάπτισης και έναν απίστευτο στολισμό την ημέρα της βάπτισης.
Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση, επαγγελματισμός και υποστήριξη στο μέγιστο βαθμό!
Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! Κάνατε την ημέρα της μικρής μου ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή!

Από εξυπηρέτηση, να με καλέσουν και να με ενημερώσουν για οποιαδήποτε απορίες, για την παραγγελία μου σε κάθε βήμα, να μου στείλουν κωδικό αποστολής courier, (Που δεν το κάνει σχεδόν κανείς επαγγελματίας, αν δεν στείλεις ο ίδιος). Μέχρι το τέλος που παρέλαβα την παραγγελία μου. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλέφωνο και άμεση απάντηση στα μηνύματα των emails, ευγενικοί όλοι τους, σέβονται τον πελάτη. Άψογοι σε όλα, προσεγμένη συσκευασία, ποιοτικά προϊόντα και σωστές πληροφορίες στις περιγραφές του site με τις φωτογραφίες των προϊόντων, ταχύτητα, επαγγελματίες. Σπανίζουν σωστοί επαγγελματίες όπως εσείς, μακάρι να δουλεύανε όλοι όπως εσείς. Συνεχίστε έτσι. Είδη σας έχω συστήσει σε φίλους και γνωστούς να σας προτιμήσουν και με την σειρά μας είναι το μόνο σίγουρο ότι θα ξανά αγοράσουμε από εσάς με κλειστά μάτια.
 It was all PERFECT until the end. From service, to call me and inform me of any questions, of my order at every step, to send me a courier shipping code, (Which almost no professional does, if you do not send it yourself). Until the end I received my order. Immediate service on the phone and immediate response to emails, all polite, respect the customer. Flawless in everything, careful packaging, quality products and correct information in the site descriptions with product photos, speed, professionals. Right professionals like you are rare, I wish everyone worked like you. Go on like this. I have recommended items to friends and acquaintances to prefer you and in our turn is the only sure thing that we will buy from you again with your eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. They didn't prepare good the table for christening. We discussed to have tent and they didn't install it. Also we discussed to have lemonade and cherry drink for guests. And in the end, on day of christening the glass bottle for drinks was empty and noone gave drinks to the guests.... but for this service I paid 50 euros. I'm very disappointed. Bad work. I don't recommend this company!!!
