C	Candace harding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very pleasant and eager to assist us from the moment of our arrival. I made a minor scheduling error, and the receptionist handled the situation quickly and easily. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The top floor also has a beautiful outdoor space, restaurant, and bar. I would be happy to return to this hotel in the future.

The rooms are great, only thing missing is a dresser, had to live out of my suitcase or would give 5 stars. The area is iffy, but 2 blocks in almost any direction is fine. Breakfasts in hotel were great and hotel is surrounded by good restaurants. All the tour buses we used come right to the hotel. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was reasonably fresh, good and had a nice selection of fresh produce but the hotel to me didn't have a 4-5 star feel, there was just something about it. The staff were friendly enough at an absolute minimum. The rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable with high quality linen Our air conditioning kept cutting out and turning off every few hours, the curtains in the level 6 dining area when you looked closely were dirty at the bottom and hadn't been cleaned in ages, the grout in the shower was dirty, the sink was loose, the housekeeper knocked at and then opened the door even though the do not disturb light was on. The overall experience unfortunately didn't add up to the cost.

The staff is always attentive in anything that we need and we were very happy to see the same people again. Feels like home, the way they welcomed us. Thank you for your great hospitality. See you Easter time again. Furthermore, all the staff is excellent, especially Magdalena, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone who had the opportunity to meet Magdalena, can consider himself fortunate to have met her. She is competent and shows great interest in the well-being of her guests. Thank you to all the staff and especially Magdalena for the great time!

The room and bathroom were large, modern, and clean. The location was not too bad and we could get to most attractions very quickly. Breakfast was particularly nice compared to hotels in the US.

Being a Wyndham rewards member, I decided to reach out to them. OMG, I can not begin to explain the unbelievable service and help we received, a particular employee, Sharmin Mohamed, went far beyond the call of duty to assist us with our needs, we shall never forget the kindness or service. Thank you Sharmin!
D	DJ Temple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here when we returned from Paris. What an amazing place. The staff is very kind and the rooms are nice and well maintained. Shocked to see how close everything is in walking distance. The bakery below is very abrupt and kind of rude but worth it I suppose. Price for the room was excellent and the service at the front desk was amazing. Even in the middle of the night. Be warned! There are two hotels that share a similar name and are across the street from each other. This may confuse your taxi driver if you are taking transport.

She deserves a raise and she is definitely the biggest sweetheart that I have ever met. She has taken very good care of me and I have so much respect for her. The hospitality shown by her has been tremendous and I would highly recommend that anybody coming from the United States stay here on their vacation and ask for her because she is absolutely someone you can rely on and trust. Thank you again and I will definitely be staying here again!
