Εγώ προσωπικά έμεινα ευχαριστημένος σε κάθε φάση της συναλλαγής μου με το κατάστημα. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι ευγενικότατοι και με εξυπηρέτησαν με καλή διάθεση, πράγμα που το εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα. Το αντικείμενο που αγόρασα το βρήκα σε πολύ καλή τιμή. Είχε ένα προβληματάκι και το επέστρεψα μερικές μέρες αργότερα. Έδειξαν αμέσως κατανόηση, το δέχτηκαν πίσω και μου κάνανε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Το ξανα παράγγειλα και το δεύτερο που μου ήρθε ήταν μια χαρά. Λίγες μέρες αργότερα έδειξαν το ενδιαφέρον και με κάλεσαν για να μάθουν αν είναι όλα εντάξει ή αν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα με την αντικατάσταση. Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση σπανίζει. Άριστοι επαγγελματίες. Ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν πάντα έτσι. I think a good store is judged on its difficulties and this usually happens when it comes to after sales support. I personally was happy in every phase of my transaction with the store. The staff are very kind and served me in a good mood, which I really appreciated. I found the item I bought at a very good price. He had a problem and I returned it a few days later. They immediately showed understanding, accepted it back and gave me a refund. I ordered it again and the second one that came to me was fine. A few days later they showed interest and called me to find out if everything was okay or if there was a problem with the replacement. Such service is rare. Excellent professionals. I hope they always continue like this.
