★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας πήραν τηλέφωνο να μας παραδώσουν το δέμα...τελικά δεν το έφεραν αλλά δεν ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν θα γίνει η παράδοση. Την επόμενη ημέρα που τελικά έγινε η παράδοση, με είδε ο οδηγός (ίσως και να μην ήταν ...)δεν είχα μιλήσει καν και με άρχισε, με έντονο ύφος "ΕΛΤΑ είναι η παράδοση, δεν ανεβάζουμε τα δέματα στα διαμερίσματα...με όλους του πελάτες θα μαλώνουμε;" Η αγένεια φαίνεται είναι το χαρακτηριστικό τους. Τελικά το άλλο παιδί ευγενεστατος μου ανέβασε το δέμα μέχρι την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας. Α και από τιμή φωτιά... Από το πρακτορείο τους μέχρι το σπίτι το σπίτι μας 16,20 (και εδώ που μένω η απόσταση να είναι 2 χιλιόμετρα)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δράμα είναι λόγω ,ότι ένα πρακτορείο με τεράστιο φορτο εργασίας να είναι πάνω στον δρόμο, και να κλείνουμε την Κέννεντυ όλοι οι οδηγοί περιμένοντας να αδειάσουν οι δύο θέσεις που υπάρχουν για να να ξεφορτωσουμε, όπως επίσης και το απέναντι πρακτορείο,fast line,πρέπει όλα τα πρακτορεία να έχουν έναν μεγάλο χώρο για να εξυπηρετούνται οι οδηγοί γρήγορα και χωρίς να δημιουργούνται ούρες λόγω ανύπαρκτου χωρου
