Πρώτη φορά σε αυτό το φαρμακείο καθώς ήταν αυτό που εφημέρευε. Ενώ είχα έρθει σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία προ 3 ωρών περίπου, ζητώντας να πάω να κάνω το αντιγριπικο εμβόλιο (το οποίο εδώ και 1 μήνα βρίσκεται σε έλλειψη στη Δράμα και το προμηθεύτηκα από Θεσσαλονίκη) και η υπάλληλος απάντησε θετικά, όταν πήγα εκεί η φαρμακοποιός αρνήθηκε να μου το κάνει λέγοντας ότι το εμβόλιο θέλει τον χρόνο του, ότι θα μαζευτεί κόσμος, κλπ. Το φαρμακείο ήταν άδειο και κόσμος δεν υπήρχε εκείνη την ώρα. Είναι δικαίωμα σας να αποφασίζετε σχετικά με το πως θα παρέχετε τις υπηρεσίες σας και σε ποιους, δεν έχετε δικαίωμα όμως να ταλαιπωρειτε έναν άνθρωπο και μάλιστα εν μέσω πανδημίας. Ούτε συγγνώμη δεν ζητήθηκε από πλευράς σας.

First time in this pharmacy as it was the one on duty. While I had come on the phone about 3 hours ago, asking me to go get the flu vaccine (which has been in short supply in Drama for 1 month and I got it from Thessaloniki) and the employee answered in the affirmative, when I went there the pharmacist refused to he does it to me saying that the vaccine needs its time, that people will gather, etc. The pharmacy was empty and there were no people at that time. It is your right to decide how to provide your services and to whom, but you do not have the right to hurt a person in the midst of a pandemic. No apology was made by you.
