Τους έπαιρνα τηλ και αυτοί τον (Χαβα)κη τους....μια ειναι στο Ηράκλειο την αλλη στα Χανιά την παρ' αλλη στην Αθήνα ! Worse your company! They had no idea where my package is for 15 days and no information !!! I called them and they called them (Hava) .... one is in Heraklion, the other in Chania and the other in Athens!
J	Jacqueline Hadjopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Με κάλεσαν μόλις ξεφόρτωσαν από φορτηγό πριν ολοκληρωθεί το ξεφόρτωμα, για να τα παραλάβω επειδή ήμουν ήδη Ηράκλειο. Σε μηδέν χρόνο ήρθε το γερανακι να τα φορτώσει στο αγροτικό μας. Πήρα λάθος παραστατικό κι αμέσως με κάλεσαν κι έστειλαν με μέιλ το σωστό. Άψογοι! Ευχαριστώ! Excellent service. They called me as soon as they unloaded from a truck before the unloading was completed, to pick them up because I was already in Heraklion. In no time the crane came to load them on our farm. I got the wrong document and immediately they called me and sent me the right one by e-mail. Flawless! Thanks!
D	Diomidis Fra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρασκευή 18-09-20 γίνεται συνεννόηση για παράδοση την επόμενη μέρα το μεσημέρι. Το Σάββατο επιβεβαιώνεται η ώρα παράδοσης και περιμενω να παραλάβω το δέμα μου. Κανείς δεν τηλεφώνησε, κανείς δεν ήρθε. Μέχρι την Τρίτη 22-09-20 δεν επικοινώνησε κανείς μαζί μου. Τους πήρα εγώ και μετά από διάφορες δικαιολογίες κανονίσαμε να έρθει κάποιος εκείνη τη μέρα. Πάλι δεν ήρθε κανείς και πάλι δεν με πήρε κανείς να με ενημερώσει. Σήμερα μετά από τόσο γραψιμο αποφάσισα να κανονίσω να συναντηθώ κάπου με τον οδηγό ωστε να μην έχει καποια δικαιολογία. Οι τόσο καλά ενημερωμένοι υπάλληλοι στο γραφείο μου είπαν ότι ο οδηγός ήταν έξω από τον Χαλκιαδάκη Κνωσσού και μόλις είχα μπλέξει στην κίνηση της Κνωσσού μεσημεριατικα με έστειλαν στον Χαλκιαδάκη δίπλα από τον Μουστάκα γιατί είχαν κάνει λέει λάθος. Μετά από 10 λεπτά που έψαχνα με πήρε επιτέλους ο οδηγός και μου είπε ότι ήταν σε τελείως άλλο Χαλκιαδάκη κοντα σε εκείνον της Κνωσσού. Υπόψιν τόση ώρα έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο το γραφείο τους και δεν απαντούσε κανείς. Όταν επιτέλους παρέλαβα αυτό το δεματακι του έλειπε μέρος της συσκευασίας και μου είπαν ότι και καλά το παρέλαβαν έτσι. Η αξιολόγηση αυτή είναι απλά μια παράθεση των γεγονότων. Τα συμπεράσματα για το πόσο αξιοπιστη είναι η συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική, δικά σας. Friday 18-09-20 an appointment is made for delivery the next day at noon. On Saturday the delivery time is confirmed and I am waiting to receive my parcel. Nobody called, nobody came. Until Tuesday 22-09-20 no one contacted me. I took them and after various excuses we arranged for someone to come that day. Again no one came and again no one took me to inform me. Today after so much writing I decided to arrange to meet somewhere with the driver so that he does not have any excuse. The well-informed employees in my office told me that the driver was outside Chalkiadakis Knossos and as soon as I got involved in the traffic of Knossos at noon they sent me to Chalkiadakis next to Moustakas because they had said he was wrong. After 10 minutes of searching, the driver finally picked me up and told me that he was in a completely different Chalkiadaki near that of Knossos. Mind you so long I was calling their office and no one answered. When I finally received this package, part of the package was missing and they told me that they received it well. Εκτός του ότι από το Σάββατο "παραλαμβάνω" κάθε μέρα κ έχει φτάσει Τετάρτη χωρίς να έχω παραλάβει τίποτα δεν μου απαντάνε στο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας ή το σηκώνουν και μου το κλείνουν στα μούτρα!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!! Apart from the fact that since Saturday I "receive" every day and it has arrived on Wednesday without having received anything, they do not answer my contact phone or pick it up and close it in my face !!!

Και μου έλεγαν και δικαιολογίες για αντικαταβολή που εννοείται ήταν πληρωμένη από πριν Poor !! Because I paid with a card, they charged me 1.80 more !! In 2022 they try to avoid the cards.
