Δεν έλαβα email επιβεβαίωσης οπότε μόλις πέρασαν οι αργίες , στις 05/05 επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα για να ρωτήσω εάν έχουν λάβει την παραγγελία μου.Μου λένε πως αντιμετωπίζουν ένα τεχνικό πρόβλημα με τα email και με ενημερώνουν πως λόγω ιδιαιτερότητας, στο δαχτυλίδι μου πρέπει να γίνει κοπή με laser , διαδικασία που θέλει 2 με 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες , επομένως θα μου το στείλουν την Δευτέρα 10/05. Όλα καλά μέχρι εδώ. Εφόσον πέρασε η Δευτέρα και δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση , επικοινωνώ ξανά μαζί τους και μου λένε πως το δαχτυλίδι μου είναι έτοιμο και θα το παραλάβουν (από κάποιο εξωτερικό συνεργάτη φαντάζομαι) 11/05 ή 12/05 και μόλις το στείλουν θα με ενημερώσουν μέσω Viber. Πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ , σήμερα 29/05 δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση (ούτε τηλέφωνο, ούτε mail , ούτε Viber) και εννοείται πως δεν παρέλαβα κανένα δαχτυλίδι! Πάλι καλά που το είχα βάλει αντικαταβολή!Δεν ξέρω αν ξεχάστηκαν ή αν δεν μπήκαν καν στην διαδικασία να μου το φτιάξουν και δεν με ενδιαφέρει πια! Ειλικρινά αν το διαβάσουν οι ιδιοκτήτες , μην μπουν καν στον κόπο να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου, δεν υπάρχει καμία δικαιολογία μετά από 1 μήνα. Απαράδεκτο. I placed an order on 03/05 (Easter Monday). I did not receive a confirmation email so as soon as the holidays were over, on 05/05 I contacted the store to ask if they have received my order. They tell me that they have a technical problem with the emails and inform me that due to specificity, laser cutting is done, a process that takes 2 to 3 working days, so they will send it to me on Monday 10/05. All good so far. Since Monday passed and I had no information, I contact them again and they tell me that my ring is ready and they will receive it (I imagine from an external partner) 11/05 or 12/05 and as soon as they send it they will inform me via Viber . Which never happened, today 29/05 I have not received any update (no phone, no mail, no Viber) and of course I did not receive any ring! Again, it's good that I had paid cash on delivery! I do not know if they were forgotten or if they did not even enter the process to fix it for me and I do not care anymore! Honestly if the owners read it, do not even bother to contact me, there is no excuse after 1 month. Unacceptable.
