★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και μόνο που η εξαγωγή του ελαιολάδου γίνεται εν ψυχρώ αυτό τα λέει όλα!! Το καλύτερο ελαιοτριβείο των Κυκλαδων(καθώς έχω δοκιμάσει πολλά!)! Εκτός αυτών ο Στρατός, ο ιδιοκτήτης, είναι εξαιρετικός ανθρώπος με πολλή όρεξη για τη δουλειά του!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλαχτα!!
And only that the extraction of olive oil is done in cold weather says it all !! The best olive mill in the Cyclades (as I have tried many!)! Besides, the Army, the owner, is an excellent person with a lot of appetite for his work !! I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved seeing the olive oil production and all the olive oil farmers. We stayed at Stratos’ Airbnb and the whole family is so kind and inviting. Lovely place to visit just to see the backbone of Naxos. Delicious olive oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience ever!! If you ever come in Naxos from October to January you should definitely go there!! Stratos(the owner) is the most genuine, polite and giving person i have ever met!!! He did a private tour for us, show us the brand new machines and treat us with his homemade olive oil, the best you have ever tasted!!! He even gave us olive oil as a gift when we left! I can't wait to see him again when i come back to Naxos!:):);)
