★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλός σύλλογος με ωραία και μεγάλη αίθουσα, αρκετός εξοπλισμός ως προς τα βαράκια και τα στρώματα γυμναστικής. Προσωπικά έκανα μάθημα Tubao και έμεινα αρκετά ικανοποιημένη! Στο μάθημα κάναμε προθέρμανση, χορό-tubao, ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης και αποθεραπεία!
Good club with a nice and large room, enough equipment in terms of weights and exercise mats. I personally took a Tubao class and I was quite satisfied! In the lesson we did warm-up, tubao dance, strengthening exercises and recovery!
