Everything what is included imposible to drink, what is ok cost extra. Staf looking at you like at enemy. And this s.... costed more than 150 eur per night.
A	Aleksandar Stojkoski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are ok, little bit outdated. Nice layout, large rooms and comfortable terrace. Excellent location. No wi-fi whatsoever. However, the food offered and the all inclusive service is one of the worst i have seen in the last decade or longer. It's a pity really considering the great potential of the place.

C	Charalampis Matenidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a 4 star hotel. It's barely a 3 one. Room: Noisy fridge, we had to turn it off during the night so we could sleep. There was only a foam soap in the bathroom. Nothing else. The hair dryer broke by the time I picked it up. The mesh for the mosquitoes was stuck and did not fully close. The television only had 5 channels. No every day cleaning. Food: Okish with repetitive options. Ice cream was supposed to be served every day, but that didn't happen ( it was included in the all inclusive package though) The all inclusive package mentioned coffees. The options were only filter, espresso and cappuccino. Anything else was not included. Draft beer was water with colour inside. Soft drinks had so much sugar, we couldn't drink them. WiFi was so unstable, we had to use our data. Disabled people can't stay in this hotel. It has stairs everywhere. Conclusion: we paid for a 4 star hotel, only to find out it's a 2 star one with some 3 star features. Avoid it at all costs

Fried eggs are put in for overnight consumption. the yolk is dry, or not so. absolutely horrible juices to taste. coffee ... has nothing to do with reality. 2 managers always frowning, who always scolded the children who worked at the bar and kitchen, otherwise they were nice and kind. Clean ok, towels always changed and looking good. so is lingerie. Wonderful water too, but ... it's not worth that much distance to cover what you get. disappointment!

You only get one Beach towel that you have to use for whole of holiday abd there’s absolutely nothing to do here also only drinks on all inc is ouzo brandy weak beer n soft drinks no entertainment at all spend your money on a nice place not this bad hotel
E	Emma Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful been hear about 5 hours and would never come again, if your going all inclusive DONT BOTHER ,The food is awful, nothing for children the soft drinks AWFUL, nothing at all to do around or near this hotel. All inclusive and having to go out to pay for food and drinks. Bathrooms,, DIRTY room is okay other than that I'd not evan give it a star
S	Sheena Coene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good holiday. The dinner and breakfast is better than lunch. We have an all inclusive so it's so easy when you are thirsty. Receptionist are very nice and friendly. All the staff are very nice and hard working.
