C	Christian Ardhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Definitely to avoid. They sell tickets to overbooked cruises, give you the wrong directions where the boat leaves and wrong advice where to park ("free public parking zone", according to the sales person). Received a parking fine when following their advice, only to hear afterwards from the manager that having a drivers licence I must know how and where to park.
M	Morten Pors Simonsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the Shipwreck cruise, but when we arrived at the boat, they informed us that it was overbooked (happens in summertime as they said) and we were asked to take another boat that would offer the same trip. Unfortunately this was not the case. We were supposed to go swimming in the blue caves, but this was missed, and the guide explained in polish during the whole trip as most other passengers apperently were polish. We complained afterwards at the office, but they said that this was not something they could take responsility for "they just worked there"...
A	Adina Alexe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dissapointing, they only want to sell tickets, we went on a trip to the shipwreck but couldn't stop there at all although that is what they sell, the same with the blue caves. We only stopped on another beach for an hour and that was it. The staff was bad, we had to ask around to find out why we didn't stop and it seemed that the weather was bad (I am sure they knew that in advance but did the trip anyway)

Me and my girlfriend didn’t use the tour, because on the way to the city (Agios Nicolas) we got into the accident on our scooter and had to come back. We came to the office, explained the situation, and the first answer that we received from the lady was “you can use this trip the other day”. Nice answer to hear when you still a bit shocked. But since we are leaving tomorrow morning we asked for the refund and what the lady said literally shocked us even more. She said that only half of the cruise cost can be refunded, AS AN EXCEPTION. Really??? No compassion, no just simple human support (even after the lady saw wounds from the accident). We asked for the manager and it was just ignored, keep replying the same. We are happy that we didn’t go to this cruise and definitely NOT recommending this place. Your job is to make people happy on vacations, you don’t know how to do it, big ask to you just to close your business.

M	Melle Heij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible indeed. Overcrowded ship in corona times, everything is inexplicably in Polish, and they don't take you where they say they'll take you. They lie with very kind faces though and the area is profoundly beautiful.
m	mariya nicolaeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really DISAPPOINTED this company lied us they did not take us to blue caves at all there were too many boats they said and that is why they skipped the destination .. the shipwreck stay should of wasted an hour but it was 20 minutes .. the boat was crowded and on the microphone the only guidance that we got was in Polish which we did not understood at all and expected at least to be translated in english as well. When we went to the manager they said that they are sorry but there is nothing to be done nor even refund.. do NOT BOOK WITH THIS PEOPLE!!!! They waisted our time and the whole experience was devastating …
D	Daniel Hadzhiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend to use this travel agency! We bought tickets for cruise to Ship wreck and blue caves but the cruise did not stop at blue caves! We payed 50 euros to see the blue caves and they didn’t even stop there. Moreover the schedule for ship wreck was 1 hour at the beach but we stayed 15 mins.Tour guide was speaking only in polish language and did not say a single english word.When we asked the staff they told us it was because there were too many boats. Have in mind that blue caves is big tourist attraction and there are always many boats, which means that you could also pay and not visit the attraction because of that. They didn’t even refund us! We left this attraction for the last day because it is the most beautiful, unfortunately it ruined our vacation :( Verry disappointing
