Είχε τελειώσει στο εργοστάσιο, αλλά συνέχιζαν να το δειγματίζουν... Τρία αστέρια όμως γιατί στην Ελλάδα της κρίσης έχουν μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών και έμπειρο προσωπικό που δεν το πετάνε μόλις μεγαλώσει... Σπάνιο και μπράβο τους! What a pity they want you to prepay them for an order! I keep two stars because once they prepaid for one thing and delivered another. K	Klafta Haralambe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετές αγορές από εκεί. Εξαιρετικοί όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι, πάντα αφιερώνουν πολύ χρόνο ακόμα και εάν δεν αγοράσεις. Μας άλλαξαν χωρίς κουβέντα μαξιλάρια εξωτερικού χώρου που υπήρξε αποχρωματισμός καθώς και ρολλερ που υπήρξε φθορά στην άκρη. Το τονίζω, χωρίς κουβέντα, διότι στη χώρα μας δεν είναι καθόλου αυτονοητο. Οπότε δεν είναι μόνο η τιμή αλλά και το after sales Lots of shopping from there. Excellent all employees, always dedicate a lot of time even if you do not buy. M	Marina Fokidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ καλή ποιότητα ! Ο ευγενέστατος κυριος Χυτηρογλου , αξιοπρεπείς , τόσο καλός στην δουλεία του με επεισε να παρω κατι που κοιτουσα. Που να φανταστώ ομως τις δυσκολίες μετά! Έπρεπε να τηλεφωνησω για να δωσω απλά ακριβείς μετρά για να προχωρήσουν, μετα την προκαταβολη που άφησα. Ο Υπάλληλος συγκεκριμένα ο κυριος Πανερας που δεν βγαίνει στο τηλέφωνο γιατι εχει δουλειά, και δεν τηλεφωνεί πίσω γιατι εχει δουλειά, ( λες και εμείς δεν έχουμε) ειναι ανεκδιήγητος! Προσπαθεί να σε πείσει να πάρεις κάτι άλλο απο αυτό που διάλεξες ( για το καλο σου) όσο και εάν του εξηγείς ότι δεν εχεις χρόνο για αλλαγές. Και απλά τηελφωνησες για θελεις να σημειώσει τα μετρα για να προχωρήσει η παραγγελία σου και να τελειωνει. Δεν σε ακούει, επιμενει, σε προσβάλει και σου κλείνει και το τηλέφωνο λέγοντας , ελάτε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας δεν σας θελουμε! Μα δικό του είναι το κατάστημα; Μπορεί και ναι. Δεν αξίζει στο αξιοπρεπέστατο κύριο Χυτηρογλου που πήρε χρόνο να μου εξηγήσει την εκπληκτική ιστορία του καταστήματος του, ενα τέτοιο προσωπικό. Ενα τέτοια κακο μέλλον ! Τι κρίμα να μην έμαθαν τίποτα, απο εναν εξαίρετο επαγγελματία και να μαυρίζουν έτσι την φημη του ιστορικού καταστήματος! Δεν μας αξίζουν και εμάς όμως, ως πελάτες οι προσβολές για μια απλή κουρτίνα! Έλεος με την απρέπεια και την αναίδεια και τον θυμό των πωλητών πια . Αυτά δεν ανήκουν στο παρών και το μέλλον της Αθήνας ! Very good quality ! The noble Mr. Chytiroglou, decent, so good at his job persuaded me to take something I was looking at. But where can I imagine the difficulties afterwards! I had to call to give just accurate counts to proceed, after the down payment I left. The employee, specifically Mr. Paneras, who does not answer the phone because he has a job, and does not call back because he has a job, (as if we do not have one) is unprosecuted! He tries to persuade you to take something other than what you have chosen (for your own good) even if you explain to him that you do not have time for change. And you just called because you want him to note the steps so that your order can proceed and end. He does not listen to you, insists, insults you and hangs up your phone saying, come and cancel your order, we do not want you! But is the store his? Maybe yes. It is not worth it to the dignified Mr. Chytiroglou who took the time to explain to me the amazing history of his shop, such a staff. Such a bad future! What a pity that they did not learn anything from an excellent professional and thus tarnish the reputation of the historic store! But we, as customers, do not deserve the insults for a simple curtain! Mercy with the indecency and the arrogance and the anger of the sellers now. These do not belong to the present and the future of Athens!

N	Nana Jazz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are crooks. They will say and do anything to sell their products. Even lie. I went to buy some fabric for curtains and specifically asked for material that would block the light. A dark haired woman by the name of Vasso brought a nice looking fabric and showed it to me. I asked her again if it would block out the light beasue I had my doubts. She said it would it you bought 2 and a half more times the fabric. So I beleived her and went ahead an purcahed for 8 rooms. Alot of material and quite expensive. It turns out that the fabric is so tranparent that not only does it let in all the light but you can see the person in the other room completly. When I called to confront her and ask her why she misled me so much she was indignant and completely unwilling to help me through the situation. I will never shop from these crooks again.
