Συσκευασία χαλασμένη και τα φωτάκια σκονισμένα και το κατάλαβα, τα έβαλα στην πρίζα και έκαναν έναν παράξενο θόρυβο και δεν άλλαζαν πρόγραμμα! Τα πήγα πίσω και με ειρωνεύονταν,πήγαν να με βγάλουν τρελή, μου είπαν χαρακτηριστικά ότι δεν ξέρουν άμα "τα πέταξα κάτω και τα παταγα" ,δεν μπορούν να τα αλλάξουν και να τα δει ο τεχνικός τους!Λες και δεν είχα κάτι άλλο να κάνω από το να πάρω τα καινούργια φωτάκια και να τ πετάξω κάτω να τα πατάω! Εγώ τουσ είπα ότι θέλω αντικατάσταση δεν θέλω να τα δει ο τεχνικός ούτε να τα πάρω ελαττωματικά μιας και έχω μικρό παιδί στο σπίτι! Φώναζε αυτός φώναζα εγώ!! Με ειρωνεύονταν,με φώναζαν ..με τα πολλά πήρα αλλά σε κλειστή συσκευασία! Μην μπλέξετε με αυτό το κατάστημα ..βρείτε άλλο καλύτερα!!κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη! I bought lights for the tree ... while I was choosing something else they changed me and gave me the window! When I went home, I saw her. Package damaged and the lights dusty and I realized, I plugged them in and they made a strange noise and did not change program! I took them back and they were making fun of me, they went to drive me crazy, they typically told me that they do not know if "I threw them down and beat them", they can not change them and their technician can see them! As if I had nothing else to do from taking the new lights and throwing them down to press them! I told them that I want a replacement, I do not want the technician to see them or to take them defective since I have a small child at home! He was shouting, I was shouting !! They were making fun of me, they were shouting at me .. I got a lot but in a closed package! Do not get involved with this store ..find another better !! no respect for the customer!
