The separate corners to wash the legs from the sand are highly adviced. The beach zone has lot of rubbish ( trees' leaves, human-being garbage) so does not make it pleasant. Nice coffee and the calm sea.
M	Marou Loulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice place to swim you can go there with your family and have a good meal as well and the seats are very cheap. The water is very salty. It is preferable to go there with car. I didn't give full star because the club sandwich I ordered was very small.

The waitress took away our half full coffees while we went into the sea and when we asked a different waiter where our coffees are, instead of just replacing them with new ones (such a big deal), he brought the waitress in front of us to ask her why she took our coffees and then he asked her to explain to us that probably the coffee was dropped on the sand or it was dirty or whatever. It was a very awkward situation for us and surely for the waitress and in the end they asked if we want to order them again, for second time, and pay for them (double). All I wanted after that was to pay and leave just to save myself the embarrassment of the situation. This is not professionalism, it’s not about the price of a coffee, it’s about the handling of the situation. I hope the manager of this place gonna give better instructions to the waiters and waitresses because I believe they value more their reputation than a coffee price tag. We will come again in this beach of Evia but not to this Cafe.

I ordered coffe without sugar but I received one with sugar instead and there were no customers at that time as it was early in the morning. Cappuccino was not hot at all. We were said that we are not allowed to use the shower for our little baby.. There are other options around the area that respect the customer. Try galazia limni instead..

The Chrisy Ammos or Golden Sand beach bar is a very well maintain place to have your drinks or a proper food to eat with fair enough prices for this place. Very friendly and quick enough service. The sea is very safe for kids to play all day long as it's not too deep. Plenty of parking spaces for your car. There is a nice place with trees just next to the beach for caravans or motorhomes.
