★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share our awful experience today at the Radiodiagnostic Laboratory in Acharavi. We arrived 15 minutes early for an urgent appointment for myself. I lowered her mask to ask if the lady speaks English and the lady barked at me saying pull your mask up. We were 2 metres away from her. Then she became so abrupt and rude with us because we arrived early. Her next appointment was about to be seen and there was no one else in the waiting room. She told us to leave. When I said I was in so much pain which was clearly visible is she replied I dont care get out where upon my husband called her a nasty lady. She practically pushed us out of the door and said I am a private practice and I dont want you here. I was sobbing and in a lot of pain and she shut the door on us and told us not to come back. I begged her to see me. My husband has worked for the UN in many war torn countries and he has never witnessed a display of such inhumanity towards another human being that was in pain and her coming from a medical background. She must have seen how distressed I was. And all because we got there 15 minutes too early.
We drove to Ionain Care and they sorted the problem out immediately and received absolutely outstanding service. I cant praise them enough. Thank you Ionian Care
