A	Alex Xela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενα μικρο διαμαντι λιγα μετρα απο την εισοδο της λαχαναγορας του Ρεντη. Ο τυπος σερβιρει ισως το καλυτερο χοιρινο καλαμακι και σιγουρα το καλυτερο κεμπαπ του Λεκανοπεδιου Αττικης. Τα καλαμια του ειναι χοντρα και χορταστικα, με μαλακο και ζουμερο κρεας και ελαχιστο λιπακι για τη νοστιμια και τα ψηνει στο καρβουνο. Τα κεμπαπ ειναι απο μειγμα κιμα μοσχαρισιο - προβατο και δεν εχουν μπαχαρια γι’ αυτο ειναι ελαφρια. Ουτε λαδιλα στο στομα για ωρες, ουτε καουρες στο στομαχι οπως συμβαινει με αλλα κεμπαπ. Εχει και σουβλες και κεφαλακι και πατσα που δεν εχω δοκιμασει αλλα εκει πας κυριως για τα καλαμια. 1,5 ευρω το χοιρινο, 1,8 ευρω το κεμπαπ αλλα σε μεγεθος ειναι διπλασια απο τα συνηθισμενα. Αν βρεθειτε κοντα δοκιμαστε αφοβα, θα με θυμηθειτε. Παρκινγκ πανευκολο σε ενα πλατωμα διπλα στο μαγαζι και εχει και μερικα τραπεζακια εξω για να φας αν θες επιτοπου. Μπορεί να στο φτιάξει και με πίτα αν θες, με σπιτικό τζατζίκι για τους φαν. Όλα τα υλικά (κρέας, λεμόνι, ρίγανη) έχουν ονομασία προέλευσης και σου αναφέρει από που είναι το καθένα. Πάνω από το κάρβουνο ο μάγκας ψήνει εκείνη την ώρα κ επιτόπου στο πιάτο η στη σακούλα κι έφυγες. If you miss the old flavors and you wonder where you will find them again ... guess what!
