Δυστυχώς οι εργαζόμενοι δεν είναι ειδικοί και φέρουν απόψεις πάνω στα προϊόντα που προωθούν χωρίς να συνειδητοποιούν πως με την άγνοια τους μπορούν να προξενήσουν βλάβες σε άτομα που έχουν ήδη πρόβλημα. Μου έδωσαν έπειτα από μετρήσεις με την δική τους κατεύθυνση, λάθος κάλτσα, με αποτέλεσμα να προξενεί αφόρητη δυσφορία. Επέστρεψα 2 φορές με το προϊόν και δεν δέχονται να το αλλάξουν ακόμη και εάν ήταν δικό τους το λάθος. Σας πελάτης νιώθω εξαπατημένος και δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν που δεν γνωρίζει ακριβώς το προϊόν που χρειάζεται να εμπιστευτεί τους ιδιοκτήτες ή τους εργαζόμενους αυτής της επιχείρησης. Very polite and helpful until they sell the product they think. Unfortunately, employees are not experts and have opinions on the products they promote without realizing that with their ignorance they can cause harm to people who already have a problem. They gave me after measurements in their own direction, the wrong sock, resulting in unbearable discomfort. I returned 2 times with the product and they do not accept to change it even if it was their fault. I feel cheated by your customer and would not recommend it to anyone who does not know exactly the product they need to trust the owners or employees of this business.
