Οι δύο δασκάλες μου, η Ειρήνη και η Σοφιαννα, άρτια καταρτησμενες, με μεταδοτικοτητα και πείσμα. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μη κάνεις την άσκηση που δείχνουν. Πάντα χαμογελαστες, ήρεμες με θετική αύρα που βοηθάει να πετύχουμε το στόχο μας.Που δεν είναι για όλους το όμορφο σώμα, αλλά σε πολλές περιπτώσεις η βελτίωση της υγείας. Σωματικής και πνευματικης. Όλοι διατεθειμένοι να σε βοηθήσουν να μάθεις μέσα από την πρακτική τι είναι yoga αλλά πρωτίστως να μάθεις να αγαπάς και να ακούς τον εαυτό σου. Η Ειρήνη ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος, με το χαμόγελο πάνω από όλα αλλά και την επαγγελματική της στάση, η οποία έχει καταφέρει να φτιάξει μια πολύ δυνατή ομάδα Σοφιάνα - Πάνος - Χρήστος που όλοι μαζί θα σε βοηθήσουν να ανακαλύψεις το ταξίδι αυτό προς yoga. Και φυσικά σε μία ομάδα πρέπει να υπάρχει και αυτός που κρατάει τις "κολώνες" για να μην καταρρεύσει, σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Μαρίνα που πάντα μας εξυπηρετείς και είσαι πάντα εκεί να βρεις λύσεις με την θετική σου ενέργεια. Εάν σκέφτεσαι να ξεκινήσεις yoga, σου συνιστώ το studio της Ειρήνης καθώς θα γνωρίζεις κυρίως υπέροχους ανθρώπους αλλά και επαγγελματίες. Τα μαθήματα απευθύνονται σε όλους αφού οι ασκούμενοι δουλεύουν πάντα υπό την καθοδήγηση και την προσοχή του δασκάλου. Μετά από κάθε πρακτική νιώθεις απίστευτη ευεξία σωματική αλλά καί ψυχική!!! Αυτό φυσικά συμβαίνει γιατί οι άνθρωποι που έχεις εμπιστευτεί αγαπούν τη δουλειά τους και την κάνουν σωστά!!! Σαν ασκούμενη έχω εισπράξει αμέριστο ενδιαφέρον και θεαματικές αλλαγές στη φυσική μου κατάσταση. Wonderful place with awesome professionals of the kind !!!
