★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but both floors have problem with the ventilation system. It smells badly and it makes impossible to workout when it's crowded. Also the stuff doesn't helps and more often than not, they were talking to each other than advising on the proper use of the equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I havent been signed up but when I went to find out more about the gym, first the secretary was rude and would not provide any info, called a trainer and he showed us the place real quick and then went to the reception and without asking pulled out some papers and started rushing for us to sign, we discussed the price and was lowering down each time more like he owned the place to set the price he wanted, and pressuring in a really unconfortable way for us to sign, I had to talk serious to him and explain that we were going to look for more options and comeback if it was the best one (which wasn't) but the experience was really annoying, awkard and the trainer and secretary attitude was unprofessional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad rude staff and senseless rules! Cant recommend going there at all, as you can find better gyms with better staff everywhere around Athens. If you go with your partner you need a towel for each of you and you are not allowed to use the same towel. The rude staff wont tell you the reason for that and they cant even provide you with a towel. Dont waste your time and go somewhere where they appreciate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within last 12 years I have visited them 2-3 times with registration enquires and seems that almost nothing has changed in their attitude. Feels almost impossible to communicate or understand them but I guess more likely they don't actually listen. They behave like they don't wish new customers or to make any new business, which is sad because the facilities are nice for the area.
I suggest a chance of culture in management if they actually wish to improve and attract new business.
For the moment I will be using their location at Agios Dimitrios despite being 3 times the distance from my home as there I feel more listened to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, and full of good equipment. Great sized gym and changing rooms. Good priced subscription and easy to use online platform.
It’s let down by general upkeep and cleanliness, additionally when joining you’re not shown around, or how to safely/correctly use the equipment, no real interest or engagement from the staff - which if you compare to other local competitor gyms, it’s very poor.
