Peace and comfort in a brilliant location - far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the town and yet close enough to have all we needed at our fingertips. Hannah, Karl and their team have paid great attention to detail and the quality is evident throughout this little oasis. The icing on the cake is importance placed on the sustainability of all they do.

From the moment that we've set foot inside the hotel they'll make you feel welcome. The (included) breakfast was something special. Freshly prepared everyday and made only out of organic products. Rooms we're amazing and everything was new. The whole picture of the place really speaks out the message they represent. Received great tips about the island of Spetses form Karl & Hannah (the hosts). They take care of their guest very well. 5 stars is the only rating this place deserves!

Hannah and Karl, the owners, are very welcoming and helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable with great recommendations of restaurants and beaches as well as taking care of renting a scooter to explore the island. We highly recommend and are already looking forward to coming back !

We come to Spetses often and this was probably our favourite trip. Karl, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would absolutely 100% make this our main spot when coming to Spetses.

The hosts, Karl and Hannah, are amazing people who have made this treat truly stress-free and unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The rooms’ design is thoughtful and very cosy. The pool area looks classy and the plants make it look gorgeous. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, comfy bathroom. It was an unforgetable experience and I’m definitely coming back.

The Villa and rooms are very well presented and the attention to detail is superb. I highly recommend staying at Yayaki when visiting Spetses. Will be back.

The rooms are very nicely styled and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Karl arranged for a quad to be brought to the hotel and we had an unforgettable experience exploring the local beaches, restaurants and bars. We had the most amazing honeymoon!
