★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Schimmel an Wänden und Bad. Sogar die Tür war verschimmelt. Es roch nach Feuchtigkeit und Abfluss. Klospülung lief andauert. Auch nach 12 Tagen keine frischen Handtücher keine frische Bettwäschebund kein Putzdienst. Kakerlaken als Mitbewohner gehörten zur Tagesordnung. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel hat die Lage nicht gebessert.
 Not recommendable. Mold on walls and bathroom. Even the door was moldy. It smelled of moisture and runoff. Toilet flush went on. Also after 12 days no fresh towels no fresh bed linen and towels no cleaning service. Cockroaches as roommates belonged to the agenda. Also a change of room did not improve the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρό οικοδόμημα παλιάς κατασκευής με αρκετά τεχνικά θέματα. Η πόρτα του δωματίου είναι ουσιαστικά μια μπαλκονόπορτα η οποία δεν δουλεύει και πολύ καλά. Το κλιματιστικό δεν δουλεύει καλά και δεν φτάνει και για το χώρο αυτό. Η περιοχή μέτρια.
Small building of old construction with several technical issues. The door of the room is essentially a balcony door which does not work very well. The air conditioner does not work well and is not enough for this space. The area is moderate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good. Room for 3 was large enough, A/C working properly. We didn’t cook inhouse, we ate outside at the various restaurants in Nea Skioni (10 minutes walking distance). There was a basic shower in the bathroom, without cabin (you shower all over the place :)) I don’t think we had the bedsheets and towels changed during our 7 days stay. Nor we get room cleaned. Since we used the room just to rest (being away all day long), we didn’t leave a big “footprint”, so not much trouble for us from this point if view.
The lady who was in charge with cleaning was kind and willing to help but couldn’t speak English (only Russian I think).
There is a bbq in the beautifully trimmed garden.
Public/private beaches, shops, restaurants, general stores and market are only 10 minutes walking distance.

We stayed 3 nights.2 of them we slept with unlocking door because there was a problem with the door lock - it was impossible to lock when we were inside the room( during the night).
Remote control for air conditioner doesn’t work.
There are a lot of ants in the kitchen corner .
There is no hairdryer.
Small bathroom without curtain so everywhere became wet .
The property runs by Diomedes Group.
No document for the payment.
There is only one +++ think in this property- beautiful garden
