Τελικά η βλάβη δεν λύθηκε γιατί είχε κουνήσει λάθος την κεραία... και την έφτιαξα μόνος μου! Μακριά παιδιά! An electrician came to change the antenna amplifier ... I paid 75 € without a receipt! In the end, the damage was not solved because the antenna had moved incorrectly ... and I repaired it myself! Long children!
S	Sotiris Economou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο τεχνικός προχώρησε σε μία αχρείαστη - όπως αποδείχτηκε - εργασία την οποία έκανε και λάθος (δεν λειτουργεί). Λογικό από τη στιγμή που δεν έκανε ούτε διάγνωση του προβλήματος. Αποτέλεσμα; Μου χρέωσαν 100ΕΥΡ και αφού παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους, 2 βδομάδες μετά εξακολουθώ να περιμένω ενημέρωση για το πως θα με αποζημιώσουν. The technician proceeded to an unnecessary - as it turned out - task which he did wrong (it does not work). Reasonable since he did not even diagnose the problem. Result; They charged me 100 EUR and after admitting their mistake, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for information on how they will compensate me.
P	Panagiwta Karavasili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε σοβαρό λόγο με το καζανάκι νιαγαρα κ ενώ το όταν ήρθε ο τεχνικός μας είπε ότι είχε θέμα ο θερμοσίφωνας μας τον άλλαξε κ μετά από δύο μέρες πλημμυρίσε όλο το πατάρι κακη εκτιμηση του προβλήματος..... We had a serious reason with the Niagara cistern and while when the technician came he told us that there was an issue, our water heater changed it and after two days the whole loft was flooded, a bad assessment of the problem .....
P	Panos Tserolas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι από τις υπηρεσίες που καλείς όταν έχεις ανάγκη (π.χ. κάτι έκτακτο, απουσιάζει ο τεχνικός που συνεργάζεσαι κλπ) οπότε περίμενα μια κάποια τσιμπημένη τιμή, αλλά αυτό που συνέβη για ένα απλό βραχυκύκλωμα δεν έχει προηγούμενο. Δεν έχω ξανακάνει αρνητική κριτική ποτέ αλλά εδώ δεν έχουμε να κάνουμε απλώς με απειρία ή ακριβή υπηρεσία αλλά με τα όρια της απάτης. Ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει, καλύτερα να μου ζητούσαν μερικά λεφτά στο έτσι να τους κεράσω από δυο σουβλάκια, θα τα έκλαιγα λιγότερο. It is one of the services you call when you need it (eg something extraordinary, the technician you work with is absent, etc.) so I was expecting a stingy price, but what happened for a simple short circuit is unprecedented. I have never made a negative review but here we are not just dealing with inexperience or expensive service but with the limits of fraud. The worse I have encountered, the better if they asked me for some money to treat them to two skewers, I would cry less.
G	Giota Prfr (matilda) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πω για αυτή την εταιρία ; Τους χρειάστηκα 2 φορές , μόνωση κ υδραυλικό ! Χριστουγεννιάτικα , για χοντρές ζημίες όχι κάτι απλό ! Εκεί που δεν έβρισκα άκρη σε κανένα τηλέφωνο , με εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα , λες κ ήμουν χρόνια πελάτισσα , έκαναν την δουλειά τους όπως έπρεπε κ οι τιμές τους λογικότατες ! Οι κοπέλες στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ευγενέστατες κ όχι απλά εξυπηρετικές , άμεσα ενημέρωναν του τεχνικούς κ μας καλούσαν! Να τους έχει ο θεός καλά , γιατί πραγματικά η ανάγκη ήταν τεράστια κ άμεση κ στις δυο ειδικότητες . Εννοείται θα ξανά συνεργαστώ μαζί τους κ για άλλες εκκρεμότητες στο διαμέρισμα μου . What can I say about this company? I needed them 2 times, insulation and plumbing! Christmas, for big damage not something simple! Where I could not find a tip on any phone, they served me perfectly, as if I were a customer for years, they did their job properly and their prices were very reasonable! The girls at the call center were very kind and not just helpful, they immediately informed the technicians and called us! God bless them, because the need was really huge and immediate in both specialties. Of course I will work with them again for other pending issues in my apartment.

Μου έστειλαν υδραυλικό ο οποίος πήρε για μια αντικατάσταση σε καζανάκι 350 ευρώ χωρίς απόδειξη. Έβαλε ένα πλαστικό ψεύτικο (το προηγούμενο ήταν πορσελάνης) το οποίο μου χρέωσε 200 ευρώ, ενώ το έβρισκα στο ίντερνετ γύρω στα 50 μαζί με το μηχανισμό και τους σωλήνες που υποτίθεται ότι αλλαξε. Και 150 για την εγκατάσταση. Όταν του είπα ότι το έχω βρει στο 1/4 της τιμής μου επέστρεψε 80 ευρώ δήθεν με απόδειξη, του ζήτησα να μου δείξει απόδειξη από την αγορά και δεν έπαιρνα απαντηση. Το καζανάκι έχει διαρροή και δεν εφαρμόζει καν στην τουαλέτα με αποτέλεσμα να κουνιέται, τρέχει για 3 λεπτά με θόρυβο χειρότερο απο το προηγούμενο που ήταν χαλασμενο. Όταν τους κάλεσα για να καταγγείλω τον κύριο μου είπαν να μιλήσω μαζί του και δε φέρουν ευθύνη. Απαράδεκτοι απλά. Whatever. They put anyone on the platform without checking. They sent me a plumber who took 350 euros for a replacement in a cistern without a receipt. He put a fake plastic (the previous one was porcelain) which cost me 200 euros, while I found it on the internet around 50 along with the mechanism and the pipes that are supposed to have changed. And 150 for installation. When I told him that I had found it at 1/4 of my price, he returned 80 euros, ostensibly with a receipt, I asked him to show me a receipt from the market and I did not receive a reply. The cistern has a leak and does not even fit in the toilet, as a result of which it shakes, it runs for 3 minutes with a noise worse than the previous one that was damaged. When I called them to complain to my master they told me to talk to him and they are not responsible. Simply unacceptable.
