Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Absolutely satisfied! The gutters were built on the spot in my house and were installed on the same day by specialized personnel, giving me a written guarantee for their material and work. I highly recommend them!

Η ποιότητα της εξυπηρέτησής και αντιμετώπισης του πελάτη όμως είναι για ένα ένα αστέρι. Ζήτησα μια προσφορά για ένα έργο αξίας πάνω απο δύο χιλιάδες. Ήρθε αναλυτικά, σχετικά γρήγορα και ηλεκτρονικά που το εκτίμησα. Όταν ζήτησα να έρθει ένας τεχνικός να δεί το έργο από κοντά μου ζητήθηκαν 62€ που θα αφαιρούνταν από το έργο αν συνεργαζόμαστε. Δυσανασχέτησα, αλλά εκτιμώ τον χρόνο και την απόσταση που κάποιος ξοδεύει και είπα οτι θα τα πληρώσω. Αυτό που δεν κατάλαβα είναι οτι έπρεπε να τα κάνω κατάθεση προκαταβολικά! Ποίος πληρώνει προκαταβολικά επίσκεψη? Έχει κανείς πληρώσει γιατρό ή υδραυλικό προκαταβολικά? Πόσο μάλλον για έργο δύο χιλιάδων... Όταν το ανέφερα η απάντηση ήρθε σαν συνέχεια της εκτίμησης που έχουν στον πελάτη. "Εμείς την κάνουμε αυτή την δουλειά 25 χρόνια, δεν θα μας πείς εσύ! Έτσι το κάνουμε και αν δεν σου αρέσει πήγαινει αλλού..." To mention that I did not work with the company and I do not know the quality of his work. The quality of customer service and treatment, however, is for one star. I asked for an offer for a project worth over two thousand. It came in detail, relatively quickly and electronically that I appreciated. When I asked a technician to come and see the project up close, I was asked for € 62 which would be deducted from the project if we cooperate. I was dissatisfied, but I appreciate the time and distance that someone spends and I said that I will pay them. What I did not understand is that I had to deposit them in advance! Who pays for a visit in advance? Has anyone paid a doctor or plumber in advance? Especially for a project of two thousand ... When I mentioned it the answer came as a continuation of the appreciation they have for the customer. "We have been doing this job for 25 years, you will not tell us! This is how we do it and if you do not like it, go elsewhere ..."
