★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νιώθω την υποχρέωσή να γράψω μια κρητική . Είχα κάνει το λάθος να αγοράσω των ταχυθερμαντήρας Calent Inverter J-68 από μια εταιρεία στην Θεσσαλονίκη από το σκρουτσ . Δεν μου εξήγησαν τίποτα τον πήρα και έφυγα . Βγήκε ελαττωματική η βαλβιδα ασφαλείας γέμισε το σπιτι νερα μια μερα τελικά βρήκα το πρόβλημα μονος βίδωσα την βίδα στην ασφάλεια και ολα καλα . Το μηχάνημα υπολειτουργούσε δεν ζεστενε το νερο ... Πήρα τηλ στην εταιρια και με λενε πάρε μετα απο 2 ωρες . Τυχαία βρήκα των αντιπρόσωπο που ειναι η ΥΔΡΟΘΕΡΜ πήγα εκει και βρήκα τον ταχυθερμαντήρα στημένο για δοκιμές μου εξήγησε και με έδωσε ΔΩΡΕΑΝ ενα εξάρτημα που δεν υπήρχε στην συσκευασία και όλα διορθώθηκαν στον μέγιστο δυνατό βαθμό .Πολύ τίμιο μαγαζί και σίγουρα θα ξανα πάω
I feel compelled to write a Cretan. I had made the mistake of buying a Calent Inverter J-68 from a company in Thessaloniki from scrutiny. They didn't explain anything to me and I left. It turned out to be defective, the safety valve filled the house with water one day, I finally found the problem, I just screwed in the screw and all was well. The machine was down and it didn't heat up the water ... I called the company and they called me after 2 hours. Accidentally found the dealer who is the YDROTHERM I went there and I found the flow heaters rigged for my tests explained and gave a free component that did not exist in the package and all corrected to the extent possible .Poly honest shop and will definitely go again
