★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a simple, traditional, inexpensive local cafe to have a coffee/beer/meze with a nice view of Gyalos, this is it! No fancy decoration, fusion cuisine or posh attitudes (you'll find all that easily, by just looking left or right) - this is the place to be if you want to have a true local experience while in Mykonos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is on the water like everywhere in Mykonos but the food is terrible. The seafood platter is a pile of over fried cod and calamari. The sausage is over cooked and everything is full of salt. Worst place to eat on Mykonos.

And the most important - this place is quite cheap for Mykonos. But it's not only the low price, but really tasty dishes. I liked the most tomato and cheese balls, and also anchovies. I would recommend to take the red house wine, not the white one. The red one is also served cold, but the taste is much more decent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place and it was surprisingly cheap as a beachfront restaurant on little Venice beach at mykonos.
They were way too generous with the olive oil on the Greek salad, so just ask them to adjust according to your preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to eat a mix of seafood and fish in the whole city. The amount is huge, with the small one for 25€ (photo) you can eat more than 2 people. The big portion for 40€ is for 4-5 people.
The service is also great, very fast and kind. Cheap and good wine and beer.
Do not miss it in your visit to Mykonos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located between slightly more fancy restaurants, Yialos is more relaxed and cheap, but still with great food. Good value for money (for mykonos standard). We came here twice, both were positive experiences. Also nice view to the sea.
