★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Έσπασε ένα τζαμί στο κατάστημα μου και όταν κάλεσα να έρθουν να δουν τη ζημιά ο υπάλληλος που ήρθε δημιούργησε μεγαλύτερη. Παρόλα αυτά του ανέθεσα την επισκευή και επι μια εβδομάδα «έρχονται να το φτιάξουν», επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπανε ότι πρέπει λέει να κοπούν τα τζάμια και θα έρθουν έως την Παρασκευή .. φτάσαμε στο Σάββατο για να μου πουν ότι τελικά μπορούν να έρθουν Δευτέρα ώρα που βολεύει αυτούς ενώ μια εβδομάδα με είχαν στην αναμονή και ΧΩΡΙΣ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΟ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗΣ ΑΠΟ ΤΟΥΣ ΙΔΙΟΥΣ ,για την επισκευή κεντρικής βιτρίνας στο κατάστημα μου και μάλιστα με μεγαλύτερη ζημιά από ότι τους είχα καλέσει αρχικά να έρθουν να δουν.
Με μια λέξη : Απαράδεκτοι.
Unacceptable. He broke a glass in my shop and when I called to come and see the damage the employee who came created more. Nevertheless, I assigned him the repair and for a week "they come to fix it", I contacted them and they told me that he says they should cut the windows and they will come by Friday .. we arrived on Saturday to tell me that they can finally come Monday time that suits them while for a week they were waiting for me and WITHOUT ANY PHONE OF INFORMATION BY THEMSELVES, for the repair of a central window in my store and even with more damage than I had originally invited them to come and see.
In a word: Unacceptable.
