Συστήνω επίσης ανεπιφύλακτα και το βελονισμό!!! Η Μαρία είναι καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος και καταπληκτική yin yoga δασκάλα!!!! Yin yoga with Maria calms me, helps me to discover myself through exercise and helps me cope better with my daily life !!! I also unreservedly recommend acupuncture !!! Από την πρώτη φορά που την γνώρισα σε ενα εργαστήρι που καθοδηγούσε ένιωσα την αυθεντικότητα της και αυτό με έκανε να την ακολουθήσω στο ταξίδι αυτο της εκπαιδευσης Γιν των 200 ωρών . Δεν έχω μετανιώσει ούτε λεπτό για την απόφαση μου, οι στιγμές που μοιραζόμαστε κάθε φορά σαν ομάδα σε κάθε εκπαίδευση είναι ανεκτίμητες και μοναδικές. Η Μαρία είναι τόσο απλή και μεταδοτική σε αυτό που κάνει ,ανοιχτή για όλους, γεμάτη χιούμορ και γλυκύτητα. Παιχνίδι, χαρά, κλάμα, μοίρασμα, γέλιο, τραγούδι και χορός , συμβαίνουν όλα σε αυτήν την εκπαίδευση. Οι διδασκαλίες που προσφέρει μαζί με τον Μιχάλη είναι τόσο βαθιές που προσωπικά εγώ τις κρατάω σαν θησαυρό... Αυτή ήταν και είναι μια εκπαίδευση που με έχει βοηθήσει να βελτιωθώ ως άνθρωπος και την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Aho??? Meeting and educating Maria has changed my life. From the first time I met her in a workshop she guided I felt her authenticity and that made me follow her on this journey of training Yin of 200 hours. I have not regretted a single moment for my decision, the moments we share each time as a team in each training are invaluable and unique. Maria is so simple and contagious in what she does, open to all, full of humor and sweetness. Play, joy, crying, sharing, laughter, song and dance all happen in this education. The teachings he offers together with Michalis are so deep that I personally keep them as a treasure ... This was and is an education that has helped me improve as a person and I highly recommend it. Η διαδικασία της παραμονής σε μία θέση και η χαλάρωση μέσα σε αυτή είναι πραγματικά θεραπεία. Σε ένα κόσμο που όλο τρέχει η γιν είναι το αντίδοτο :) Η Μαρία είναι καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος και το μάθημα της είναι μία βουτιά μέσα στο σώμα , έχει βαθειά κατανόηση της yoga και οι γνώσεις της σε διαφορετικές παραδόσεις δίνουν άλλη δυναμική στην άσκηση. Προτείνω ανεπιφύκτα επίσης τον βελονισμό με την Μαρία και την ψυχοθεραπεία μέσο της Gestalt (υπέροχη θεραπεία) . Unforgettable experience ! I have followed a workshop and successfully completed the Yin Yoga teacher training with Maria, both wonderful experiences. She knows how to trigger you and see things from a different side, but still in such a manner that you stay close to yourself. Not only poses are explored, but also ways how to combine yin yoga with the emotional level, and the Taoist and Chinese Medicine background are explained. There is space to express yourself, to receive support if needed and its an (positive) overload of knowledge! Thanks a lot Maria!!??
