My acquaintance with Io goes many years back. Immersed in depression due to difficult events, I dropped into her website by pure chance. Meeting her was a revelation! Her sensitivity and empathy, the magic of her voice, the breaths, the exercises, the music led me to the paths that brought me out of the darkness and into the light! Later, she settled in Skopelos' Glossa, in a wonderful place combining the bright landscape with the power of the stone and the peace and tranquility of yoga. This summer I had the chance to visit her retreat with a group of special people. For four days we lived in a unique way, combining yoga and meditation with quality accommodation and food at extremely affordable prices. There was also time for a swim in the beautiful beaches of Skopelos. We plan to repeat it next year, possibly for a whole week! I highly recommend this wonderful experience. Thank you Io, I am really grateful! Η γνωριμία μου με την Ιώ πάει πολλά χρόνια πίσω. Βυθισμένη σε κατάθλιψη από δύσκολα γεγονότα έπεσα τυχαία πάνω στο σάιτ της. Ένας μαγικός κόσμος άνοιξε για μένα. Η ευαισθησία και ενσυναίσθηση της, η μαγεία της φωνής της, οι αναπνοές, οι ασκήσεις, η μουσική με οδήγησαν στα μονοπάτια εκείνα που με έβγαλαν από το σκοτάδι στο φως! Αργότερα εγκαταστάθηκε στη Γλώσσα Σκοπέλου, σε έναν υπέροχο χώρο που συνδυάζει το φωτεινό γαλάζιο τοπίο με τη δύναμη της πέτρας και τη μυρωδιά και ηρεμία της γιόγκα. Αυτό το καλοκαίρι είχα την τύχη να επισκεφτώ το retreat της με μια ομάδα εκλεκτων ανθρώπων. Για τέσσερις μέρες ζήσαμε μοναδικά συνδυάζοντας γιόγκα, διαλογισμό, διαμονή και διατροφή ποιότητας σε εξαιρετικά προσιτές τιμές. Υπήρξε χρόνος και για μπάνιο στις υπέροχες παραλίες της Σκοπέλου. Του χρόνου προγραμματίζουμε να το επαναλάβουμε, ίσως και για ολόκληρη εβδομάδα! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την υπέροχη αυτή εμπειρία!

A beautiful home located in a picturesque village in the breathtaking island of Skopelos! Io, an experienced yoga teacher, kind and inspiring, transforms the place into a "quiet, relaxing, peaceful, inward-looking shelter for the soul". I highly recommend it!
