During vacation time I enjoyed very much doing Ashtanga, Yin yoga and one more type of yoga with Konstantinos. My favorite style is Ashtanga yoga. It was ~ 2 hours of lesson where you loose the track of time. The explanation of the teacher was very clear and he helped to feel the edge of a practice. He gave an adjustment to everyone and it felt very personal.
After the lessons I felt light, balanced, relaxed and happy.
Constantinos, thank you very much for your joyful yoga lessons!!!
I recommend everyone, experienced and not experienced in yoga, to come here and to feel a full fragrance of yoga in Heraklion??♀️
