E	Elizaveta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρίν μέρες παρήγγειλα ένα κινητό από την ιστοσελίδα τους. Αυτό που θέλω να επισημάνω είναι 1. Είχαν την χαμηλότερη τιμή για το μοντέλο που πήρα (λαμβάνοντας υπόψη και καταστήματα στο Σκρουτζ, Bestprice και καταστήματα μεγάλων αλυσίδων κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου εκπτώσεων (μαύρη Παρασκευή ήταν)) 2. Η παραγγελία επεξεργάστηκε και στάλθηκε σχετικά γρήγορα 3. Το δέμα το συσκεύασαν με πολλή προσοχή ώστε να μήν πάθει τίποτα το προϊόν στην μεταφορά του στον τόπο προορισμού, βάλανε και αυτοκόλλητα "εύθραυστο" πάνω στο δέμα.Το κουτί με το κινητό ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση ΥΓ αφορά την μεταφορική εταιρεία και όχι την εταιρεία yoost πιο πολύ αλλά συμφωνώ με κάποια σχόλια παρακάτω. Αγαπητή εταιρεία Yoost.gr σκεφτείτε να αλλάξετε την εταιρεία κούριερ... Έχουν τρομερές καθυστερήσεις, σε εμένα ούτε κάν φέρανε δέμα στο σπίτι και αναγκάστηκα να περιμένω 2.5 ώρες κυριολεκτικά για να παραλάβω το δέμα μου από την ΕΛΤΑ (κατάστημα Ιεράπετρας Κρήτης. Η παραλαβή τών δεμάτων από την ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ γίνεται πια μαζί με την ΕΛΤΑ ταχυδρομείο)...Και δεν έχουν έρθει ακόμα οι γιορτές! Days ago I ordered a mobile phone from their website. What I want to point out is 1. They had the lowest price for the model I got (taking into account stores in Scrooge, Bestprice and big chain stores during the discount period (it was Black Friday)) 2. The order was processed and shipped relatively quickly 3. The package was packed very carefully so that nothing would happen to the product when transported to the destination, they put stickers "fragile" on the package. The box with the mobile phone was in excellent condition PS concerns the transport company and not the yoost company more but I agree with some comments below. Dear Yoost.gr company, consider changing the courier company ... They have terrible delays, they did not even bring a parcel to my house and I had to wait literally 2.5 hours to receive my parcel from ELTA (Ierapetra store in Crete. The receipt of parcels from ELTA courier is now done together with ELTA post office) ... And the holidays have not come yet!

Αριστη συνέπεια! Σιγουρα δεν θα ειναι η μοναδικη αγορα μου! Congratulations to the company and also congratulations to the girl who served me at the call center with great courtesy no matter how many questions I expressed. Excellent consistency! Εχοντας αγορασει πλεον αρκετες συσκευες θα χαρακτηριζα κορυφαια την προθυμια, εξυπηρετηση και αποστολη των προιοντων. Με ενημερωση για ολη την πορεια του δεματος, παντα στην καλυτερη τιμη της αγορας και σε προσεγμενη συσκευασια. Συνεχιστε ακριβως ετσι .... Only good words can anyone say about this store. Όχι ότι ACS ή Speedex είναι καλύτεροι! Απαντάω στην κριτική σας. Πρώτα από όλα είστε αγενής και αντί να αναρωτηθείτε πως μπορώ να κάνω την επιχείρηση μου καλύτερη απαντάτε με θυμό. Διαλέξτε DHL ή κάποια άλλη εταιρία…σίγουρα δεν είμαι ο πρώτος που παραπονιέται και σίγουρα με το χρόνο θα το καταλάβετε…καλή συνέχεια. ΥΓ. Παράγγειλα την προηγούμενη Πέμπτη είναι Τετάρτη σήμερα και πήρε 3 μέρες για να πάει από Μεταμόρφωση Αγία Παρασκευή έκατσε εκεί μια μέρα και χθες πήγε Αθήνα και ποιος ξέρει πότε θα φτάσει Γλυφάδα. Άλλη λύση που σας βρίσκω…δώστε επιλογές μεταφορικής. ΥΓ2. Πέμπτη βράδυ 8 μέρες μετά και το πακέτο (AirPods) είναι ακόμα Αθήνα! ? Αλλάξτε κούριερ!!! ΥΓ3. Σάββατο πρωί, μετά 10 μέρες δλδ, πήγα και το πήρα προσωπικά από τα ΕΛΤΑ στον Ταύρο!!! ??? Guys unfortunately I give you one because you have chosen ELTA courier which we pay 5 € and it takes at least 10 days ??? to bring us your product change shipping to change my review thank you very much! Not that ACS or Speedex are better! I respond to your criticism. First of all you are rude and instead of wondering how I can make my business better you answer angrily. D	Deep Head on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: Με κάλεσαν να δούμε την περίπτωση, το κατάστημα είναι εξαιρετικό στην εξυπηρέτηση, το πρόβλημα υπάρχει στο εκάστοτε κατάστημα courier. Θα πρότεινα να αλλάξετε εταιρία παράδοσης! Τα ΕΛΤΑ μας/σας κοροϊδεύουν κανονικά. Περιμένω πόσες μέρες και μου στέλνουν μήνυμα οτι δεν με εντόπισαν ενω είμαι συνέχεια σπίτι. Δείτε και σχετικές κριτικές στα υποκαταστήματα. EDIT: I was called to see the case, the store is excellent in service, the problem is in each courier store. I would suggest changing the delivery company! Our ELTA / make fun of you normally. I wait for how many days and they send me a message that they did not find me while I am constantly at home. g	green hermit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν σπάνια γράφω κριτική αλλά αυτή τη φορά αποφάσισα να γράψω. Πρόκειται για μια επιχείρηση υπόδειγμα για τα ελληνικά και όχι μόνο δεδομένα. Αμεσότατη εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία αρχικά. Έκανα ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία Κυριακή απόγευμα και μου έστειλαν μέσα σε 5 λεπτά διευκρινιστικό email σχετικά με μια λεπτομέρεια της παραγγελίας μου. Και όλα αυτά Κυριακή απόγευμα!!! Αν δεν είναι αυτό customer support τότε δεν ξέρω τι είναι. Για να μη μιλήσω για τιμές που είναι από τις πιο ανταγωνιστικές στην αγορά! Η παραγγελία μου ήρθε σε σφραγισμένο φάκελο και επένδυση με επισήμανση fragile συν μέσα χάρτινο κουτί που κάλυπτε πλήρως τη συσκευή που αγόρασα. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια στους εργαζόμενους που συνδράμουν σε αυτή την επιχείρηση! Προτρέπω και άλλους υποψηφίους πελάτες να προτιμήσουν το yoost.gr γιατί το αξίζουν μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια.
