Το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικό με γνώση πανω στο αντικείμενο ,αφήνοντας τον πελάτη ευχαριστημένο An excellent, spotless place where the climate inspires you to follow any service included in the store. The staff very polite with knowledge on the subject, leaving the customer happy
O	Oleg Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό μέρος, καθαρό, με μια αίσθηση πολυτελειας, χαλαρότητας και ηρεμίας. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο. Το ημιμονιμο μανικιούρ που έκανα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που ήθελα και η τεχνητρια ταχύτατη και πολύ διακριτική. Σίγουρα κέρδισαν μια πελάτισσα. Great place, clean, with a sense of luxury, relaxation and tranquility. The staff is very kind and helpful. The semi-permanent manicure I did was exactly what I wanted and the artificial one was very fast and very discreet. They definitely won a client.
A	Angelika Adriana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι κρίμα που ένας τόσο ωραίος χώρος έχει τόσο άπειρες τεχνίτριες.Ήταν πρώτη φορά που πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί...και η τελευταία δυστυχώς.Το ημιμόνιμο τους δεν είναι στην πραγματικότητα ημιμόνιμο αλλά τζελ το οποίο απλά το απλώνουν πιο λεπτή στρώση. Για να αφαιρεθεί αυτό το υλικό χρησιμοποιούνε τροχό που πάντα θα σου "φάει" Λίγο και το νύχι σου. Με 2-3 φορές θα καταστραφούν τελείως τα νύχια σου . Όταν τους είπα να μου βγάλουνε το ημιμόνιμο μου με τον κλασικό τρόπο με τα αλουμινόχαρτα προσπαθούσανε να μου πούνε ότι το ασετόν καταστρέφει πιο πολύ τα νύχια πάρα ο τροχός??Κάνω 10 χρόνια τα νύχια μου και ποτέ δεν έχω ακούσει αυτή τη θεωρία.Αυτο που μου κανε επίσης πολύ κακή εντύπωση είναι το γεγονός ότι τα εργαλεία τους δεν απολυμαίνονται μετά από κάθε πελάτισσα. Η κοπέλα έβγαλε ένα πενσάκι από το συρτάρι της το οποίο είχε πετσάκι από την προηγούμενη πελάτισσα πάνω στη μύτη του. Δεν έχω άποψη για τις άλλες υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Το μανικιούρ ημιμόνιμο πάντως ειναι πολύ κακό. It is a pity that such a beautiful place has so many infinite artisans. It was the first time I went to this particular store ... and the last one unfortunately. Their semi-permanent is not actually semi-permanent but gel which they just apply a thinner layer. To remove this material they use a wheel that will always "eat" you a little and your nail. In 2-3 times your nails will be completely destroyed. When I told them to take out my semi-permanent in the classic way with foil they were trying to tell me that acetone destroys the nails more than the wheel άνω I have been doing my nails for 10 years and I have never heard this theory. I was also very impressed by the fact that their tools are not disinfected after each client. The girl took a pair of pliers from her drawer which had a skin from the previous client on his nose. I have no opinion on the other services offered by this particular store. The semi-permanent manicure, however, is very bad.
K	Konstantinos Kotsifis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρός. Χώρος που μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις και να κάνεις ένα διάλειμμα από την πίεση της καθημερινότητας. Όμως το μυστικό της επιτυχίας δεν κρύβεται στο χώρο αλλά στην υψηλή ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών σε συνδυασμό με την εξαιρετική αλλά μη επιτηδευμένη ευγένεια. Όλα τα παραπάνω δημιουργούν ένα ζεστό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον το οποίο απολαμβάνεις μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή. Εντυπωσιακό και πρωτότυπο γεγονός αποτελεί η διαδικασία του καθολικού “ποιοτικού ελέγχου” των υπηρεσιών από την υπεύθυνη στην υποδοχή την ώρα που ο πελάτης πληρώνει. Εξίσου σημαντικό είναι το ενδιαφέρον και η βαρύτητα που δίνουν όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας προκειμένου να τηρείται το πρόγραμμα ώστε να μην υπάρχουν αναμονές, ακόμη και σε περιπτώσεις που δημιουργούνται bottlenecks από ασυνέπεια των πελατών. Εξαιρετική δουλειά συνεχίστε έτσι! Excellent space, very neat and clean. A place where you can relax and take a break from the stress of everyday life. But the secret of success is not hidden in the space but in the high quality of services combined with the exceptional but unpretentious courtesy. All the above create a warm and welcoming environment which you enjoy until the last moment. Impressive and original event is the process of universal "quality control" of services by the person in charge of the reception at the time the customer pays. Equally important is the interest and importance given by all team members in order to adhere to the schedule so that there are no expectations, even in cases where bottlenecks are created due to customer inconsistency. Great job keep it up!
