The second time it was not the same as the first one, unfortunately! I noticed that they put a lot of the appointments very close to one another.. So they are very busy and if you are not a regular costumer they treat you very quickly and the results are not that good... When you go to treat yourself you need also to relax but the environment was not that relaxing.And I had the gel manicure and already from the first hour, my nails are not very glossy...

The store is super clean and the aesthic is very cool. They put a lot of effort to make the manicure you asked perfect and i think they nail it every time. Every time i get my nails done there i always end up liking the results. I totally recommend going!❤

As per the semi-permanent manicure, the girl who performed it wasn't experienced at all. She spent like 30 minutes on my nails, didn't cut well my cuticles even though I told her and basically didn't seem like she cared since she didn't even ask me if I was satisfied (it was my first time there). The overall experience was negative and it's the last time I am going.

Especially when you book an appointment in order to have another service (pedicure in particular) and you combine the removal too. I was informed in the past by one of your employees that when there is another service, the removal is not charged. It is completely acceptable to have your own policy but it would be really helpful if you could inform your clients about this extra charge.
