When I searched for massage in Santorini, I got those Ads from YourSpa making me feel it's a great option. I called to check for the location and make an appointment. I was surprised that they don't have a place but they come to the client at their stay! It sounded very cool and I expected to be well treated by the end of this session. First of all, I requested a massage that is worth 100 EUR (so it's an expensive one) for a 2 hours duration. After the agreement, they sent me a message asking to pay 20 EUR extra for transportation, which is not mentioned at all on the website. I asked for an appointment at 18:00. Then they sent me a message asking to make it 18:30 which is fine. The problem is that the masseuse had a problem with her car battery so she couldn't make it and the replacement came half an hour later. Remember? I paid 20 EUR more for transportation, which can easily hire a taxi in this small island!! The replacement masseuse was an old lady probably in her 50s or 60s which I respect, but she couldn't get the portable massage bed from the car, so I helped her bringing it from and back to the car after the session. It is very disappointing because this was supposed to be a relaxation session for which I shouldn't worry about anything other than enjoying the session. I think this masseuse should have had an assistant to help with the bed movement or so. Then, the masseuse covered the bed with kitchen papers which didn't smell nice putting my face down on it. I mean getting nice soft towels is not that difficult and would have made the experience way better for me. Then, the masseuse started using an oil that I could barely smell. It seems like it's a very diluted oil and I didn't like it. The masseuse used very little oil in the beginning which made it hurt while rubbing my hairy legs. I had to ask her to add more oil!! She played nice music from her phone which is nice. The problem is that I heard all her notifications. She even had a call in the middle of the session! Yes, she apologized for it, but come on! To be honest, the masseuse did well doing my upper back which had some cramped muscles. But overall it was a bad experience that I wouldn't recommend at all. I found later many other options in 4 and 5 stars hotels at same or cheaper prices. So for this YourSpa, I think they should reconsider their prices and the customer satisfaction and experience.
