Δεν κάνουν επιστροφές και αλλαγές σε εκπτωτικα προϊόντα όταν μάλιστα οι περισσότερες εταιρίες e shop το κάνουν Δεν το αναγράφουν στους όρους επιστροφής αλλά το έχουν βάλει κάτω κάτω στο τέλους του κειμένου ώστε ο καταναλωτής να μη το προσεχει και να κρατούνται τα χρήματα!!! Ούτε καν έκαναν τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία για επιβαιβεωση της παραγγελίας για να το αναφέρουν.!!! Καθόλου ευέλικτη σαν εταίρια!!! Estop το οποίο δε έχει την ικανότητα να αλλάζει και να επιστρέφει δεν υφίσταται!! Ο καταναλωτής έχει δικαίωμα 60 ημερών για υποχωριιση ! Unpleasant experience.
