★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility look very new but place has lot of space. There is a cafe and a shop as well. Passenger can wait there and have a cup of coffee. The staff is very helpful as we were going to Meteora. So you can get bus to Kalampaka from here. But we bought tickets from Thessaloniki itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility look new. Clean and well organized. Bus is on time. We changed bus here from Kalambaka to Athens. If you are unsure which bus, do not hesitate to ask the bus driver. They're all helpful. The signboards is reliable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely clean and well planned bus station, especially as compared to most other bus stations in bigger cities. There's a lot of food, stationery, water, etc. easily at the bus station. The staff at the ticket counter are also extremely quick and helpful. There's also a very nice hotel next to the bus station which is quite helpful. The bus station is a little far from the city though, but there are buses plying and if that doesn't work out, one can always take a taxi for approximately 5€ to the bus station.
