★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Έχουμε στείλει τα χαρτιά και έχουμε κάνει τις πληρωμές για τα έξοδα μεταγραφής εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες και δεν έχουμε λάβει τίποτα... Πρέπει να πας από κοντά να κάνεις τις δουλειές σου, ακόμη κι αν είσαι μεγάλος άνθρωπος ή δουλεύεις και πρέπει να χάσεις το ημερομίσθιο σου γιατί το τηλέφωνο το έχουν διακοσμητικό και δε σε ενημερώνουν από τη στιγμή που τσεπωνουν τα χρήματα σε τι φάση είναι η διαδικασία! Δεν το σηκώνουν μάλλον για να μην τους πέσει καμία μέση.... Αθάνατη ελληνική δημόσια υπηρεσία! Μια ιδιωτικοποίηση σας χρειάζεται και μια αξιολόγηση για να φύγουν επιτέλους οι άχρηστοι από τις θέσεις που πιάνουν! Τόσοι άνεργοι υπάρχουν που θα έκαναν καλύτερα την δουλειά από τους τωρινούς!!! Απαράδεκτοι!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το υποθηκοφυλάκειο της Θήβας βρίσκεται στην οδό Εστίας 2. Είναι ο μικρός δρόμος που ανηφορίζει δίπλα από το κτήριο των ΚΤΕΛ και δεν υπάρχει στους χάρτες. Είναι σε απόσταση λιγότερη των 50 μέτρων από τον σταθμό των ΚΤΕΛ της Θήβας. Γενικά δεν υπάρχει κάποια σήμανση για αυτό το σημείο οπότε καλύτερα να ρωτήσετε κάποιον ντόπιο.
Είναι επίσης κοντά στο Δικαστικό Μέγαρο της Θήβας, περίπου στα 700 μέτρα απόσταση.
Οι υπάλληλοι είναι αρκετά εξυπηρετικοί αλλά έχει κόσμο γενικά, οπότε υπάρχει αναμονή.
The mortgage office of Thebes is located at 2 Estias Street. It is the small road that goes up next to the KTEL building and does not exist on the maps. It is less than 50 meters from the bus station of Thebes. There is generally no signage for this spot so it is best to ask a local.
It is also close to the Courthouse of Thebes, about 700 meters away.
The staff is quite helpful but it is crowded in general, so there is a wait.
