Γενικώς μην χάνετε τζάμπα χρόνο με τις εκ συστάσεως "διαλυμένες" υπηρεσίες του ανύπαρκτου αυτού κράτους. Do not waste time believing that they will answer your phone. In general, do not waste time with the recommended "dissolved" services of this non-existent state.
A	Akis Matthaiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπάρχει καμμία δικαιολογία να έχω print screen από το διαγνωστικό ότι έχει καταχωρυθεί το αρνητικό τεστ και να μην μου βγάζει πιστοποιητικό νόσησης η σελίδα σας (γιατί δεν βρίσκει στοιχεία...). Και αυτή η ξεφτίλα με την ανύπαρκτη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση κάποια στιγμή πρέπει να τελειώνει σε αυτό το κράτος.... There is no excuse for me to have a print screen from the diagnostic that the negative test has been registered and for your page not to issue a certificate of illness (because it does not find data ...). And this mess with the non-existent telephone service at some point must end in this state ....
V	Victoria B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανακοινώσατε ότι το πιστοποιητικό νόσησης θα εκδίδεται στις 14 μέρες απο τον θετικό διαγνωστικό έλεγχο, εκδώσατε ΚΥΑ, σας εμπιστευθήκαμε και βγάλαμε εισιτήρια για να ταξιδέψουμε….και… μπαίνουμε στο gov.gr και δεν μας επιτρέπει να το εκδώσουμε γιατί δεν έχουν περάσει 30 μέρες απο τη νόσηση!! Γιατί μας ταλαιπωρείτε χωρίς λόγο;;;;; Αν δεν μπορείτε να πραγματοποιήσετε όσα εξαγγέλλετε ΜΗΝ τα ανακοινώνετε καν!! Και φυσικά καμία απάντηση σε κλήση ή email!!! ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟ FOR EVER Μου αρέσει που απαντάτε ρωτώντας εμένα αν έχω τσεκάρει πότε ανέβηκε το PCR!!!πριν απαντήσετε ελέγξατε ΕΣΕΙΣ τι ισχύει στο gov.gr???? Γιατί εγώ όπως και άλλοι το τσέκαρα με την Πολιτική Προστασία πότε ανέβηκε το τεστ μου και έχουν ΗΔΗ περάσει οι 14 μέρες. Τώρα δεν πάτε κι εσείς μια βόλτα απο το gov.gr να δείτε τι ισχύει και να ξαναγράψετε εδώ τι βρήκατε;;;; I LOVE ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟ You announced that the disease certificate will be issued in 14 days from the positive diagnostic test, you issued a JMC, we trusted you and we got tickets to travel και. And ίνουμε we enter gov.gr and it does not allow us to issue it because 30 days have not passed since the disease !! Why are you bothering us for no reason ???? If you can not do what you announce DO NOT even announce them !! And of course no answer to a call or email !!! HELLENIC PUBLIC FOR EVER I like that you answer by asking me if I have checked when the PCR was uploaded !!! before you answered did you check what is valid in gov.gr ???? Because I, like others, checked with the Civil Protection when my test was taken and 14 days have already passed. Now you do not go for a walk from gov.gr to see what is valid and to rewrite here what you found ??? I LOVE GREEK PUBLIC
G	Giannis K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλώ στον αριθμό και αφού περιμένω στην αναμονή ακούγοντας τον αυτόματο τηλεφωνητή για αρκετή ώρα, διακόπτεται το αυτοματοποιημενο μήνυμα (σα να μου το σηκώνουν) και τερματίζεται η κλήση (όχι από μέρος μου). Ουσιαστικά εγώ μένω ανεξυπηρετητος και έχω αφεθεί στη μοίρα μου για το πως θα κινηθώ με τα πιστοποιητικά μου τα οποία ίσχυαν κανονικά τόσο καιρό και θα έπρεπε να ισχύουν μέχρι τέλη Απριλίου (όπως αναγράφεται και πάνω στο ίδιο το πιστοποιητικό) Αφού κατάφερα μετά από 1 ώρα σχεδόν να συνδεθώ μαζί τους, όταν δεν καλύφθηκα από την αιτιολόγησή τους, απλά διακόπηκε η σύνδεση (ενδεχομένως και να μου το έκλεισαν). I call the number and after waiting on the answering machine for a long time, the automated message is interrupted (as if picking it up) and the call is terminated (not by me). Basically I am left unserved and I have been left to my fate how to move with my certificates which were valid for so long and should be valid until the end of April (as stated on the certificate itself) After I managed to connect with them after almost 1 hour, when I was not covered by their justification, the connection was simply cut off (they may have closed it for me).
