There was frequent communication, an accurate description of the concept of wedding decoration was given, both in written analytical form of messages - collection of the requested, and in the form of images, due to distance. There was willingness, suggestions and kind service. BUT, the stairs of the church and the courtyard were not wiped, there were dry leaves everywhere, which made a negative impression on the guests and of course on us. The bouquet was wrong (2 bouquet designs were discussed, the design that had been rejected from the beginning was delivered). There was a claim after the wedding of the forced change because the appropriate flowers were not found, there was no information as a professional should do. Also, the groom's boutonniere was wrong, another was requested, another we saw. Regarding the decoration of the restaurant of the reception, it was not certain that it would be done outside due to bad weather, something we had discussed. Without being informed, the decoration took place in rainy conditions much earlier than we had agreed. Eventually the reception was moved to the interior of the restaurant, the minimum required decoration that could be carried inside was not moved on the grounds that the garlands were wet from the rain. Provocative behavior. Fortunately, there were friendly people and they carried some things inside. On the whole the decoration was nice, it could have been better for us who knew the concept. When you work with a professional you expect the best solutions in unexpected situations. Pity.
