ZAKCRET SPORTS - Ermou 70

Excellent products range.

I went to Zagcrets to buy some workout gear; a yoga mat, shirt, tights and a sports bra. The store is multi level, 5 floors, with the women’s apparel and gear on the 4th and 5th floor. The 4th floor is mostly sweatshirts and hoodies and the 5th floor is more workout gear and shoes along with children’s apparel. Most everything in this store is the same just different brands ie Nike, Puma, Adidas, etc... so the selection is pretty blah, to say the least. The staff is abundant but not at all helpful. Not once in the 30 minutes I was in the store was I asked if I needed help. At one point, I interrupted their chitter chatter to ask if they had any yoga mats, which they did, a total of five, all of the same kind, not what I was looking for as I was looking for a travel mat. It would have been helpful at that point if the girl would have told me here was a huge yoga studio RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET that had an abundance of mats, but she didn’t and by the time I found out about it, it was closed for the weekend. When I finally made my selection the same staff member literally chased me down the stairs to put a 3 digit code on the price tags of what I could only assume was her employee of code so she could get credit for my purchase that she has absolutely nothing to do with. When I got home I realized I had purchased the wrong size bra so the next day I went back to exchange it. They didn’t have my size so I asked if I could return it but they told me I needed all three items on the receipt to return the one item! What? Of course, I only brought the bra because the other two items I had already worn and washed so I asked if I could run upstairs and get the same two items off the rack so they could “clear the ticket” and refund my money but they said no, they could only exchange it. (This is not what the receipt says by the way, the receipt says you can return in 15 days). So I went upstairs and picked another bra for 34,00. When I went back downstairs the sales associate told me that my original purchase was 34,99 and that I need to make ANOTHER purchase of ,99 or more to “clear the ticket”. Of course there is nothing in the store for ,99 so I had to make another purchase of 10,00 of something I didn’t need just to get out of there before I lost my mind. So my advice, stay away front Zagcrets and shop online! Better selection and easier returns! I don’t have this luxury because I am on the road traveling and don’t have a fixed address.

I loved the fact that shop assistants actually tell you the truth about how items look on you. They don't just care about making the sale but first and foremost helping the customer find pieces that suit them

Was in less than 5 minutes approached 4 times and followed around the shop. There was no way I was going to spend my money in here.

This store is so so good. Friendly and helpful staff, everything is in its place they have super sales and a big selection to choose from. The location is so convenient.
