It’s with great sadness that I have to share my negative experience below. I ordered a wedding cake and they told me they are able to do exactly as I wanted it! Right on, I thought, as I put my trust in these guys, who I have been visiting on an occasional basis for the past 11 years... Went to the shop myself two days before the wedding to check with the PIC if everything was on track and she ASURED me that they have everything under control and the cake will be made exactly upon my request! I thought to myself “Perfect, as I don’t expect anything less from these professionals” Little did I know... Then problems starting popping up, as I got a phone call from the PIC the evening before the wedding, telling me that they can’t go for the option I chose.... EXCUSE ME WHAT???? Anyways I propose an alternative and they promised me they will adjust the situation upon my proposal. The total number of guests was communicated to the pastry shop since the beginning of the order and it was the same number of guests after all. The wedding cake arrived and the hotel “maitre”, who is handling wedding cakes multiple times a week, he informed me that this cake will not be enough for all the guests so they would have to go for little tiny pieces and still wouldn’t be enough... ... ... ... ... ... This is really the last thing you want to hear before entering a ballroom which is full with the guests of your wedding ceremony, holding hands to your just married beloved one. Cake was not easy to cut as it was watery and they messed up the fillings as well. .................A TOTAL DISASTER................. I’m going to stop here and say only this. I never ever could’ve imagined that a patisserie that is operating so well for so many years, with such a good reputation and strong name in the city, with I believe well trained staff, have allowed this to happen to Them and Myself. I’m very sorry but you lost total trust to one of your most loyal customers. I hope this is an eye opening experience towards your organization and staff that will assist your operations and not allow any other loyal customer of yours loose their trust in your pastry shop business.

It's a good option for casual coffee breaks. - the music is soft pop/acoustic, quite lovely for a café. - the service is mediocre. Sometimes it takes a while till someone arrives to take your order. - has nice ice-cream.
