S	Savvas Kansizoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχθές επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα την ωρα του κλεισίματος ενώ υπήρχαν κάθονταν ακόμα πελάτες στα τραπέζια και η αντίδραση του προσωπικού ήταν ιδιαίτερα αγενής μέχρι και επιθετική. Θα μπορούσε η η ενημέρωση των πελατών να γίνει με ποιο ευγενικό τρόπο. Yesterday I visited the store at the closing time while there were still customers sitting at the tables and the reaction of the staff was very rude and even aggressive. The information of the customers could be done in the most polite way.

Αντ' αυτού δοκίμασα τα πιο μπαγιάτικα σαραγλάκια, άγευστα, χωρίς ίχνος σιροπιού,με φύλλο πέτρα που απλά τυλίχτηκαν στη σοκολάτα για να μοσχοπουληθούν ενώ έπρεπε να έχουν πεταχτεί. Όταν κύριοι πουλάτε τυλιχτα γλυκά στην τιμή των 17€/κιλό να σέβεστε ανάλογα τον πελάτη. I bought a kilo of saragli wrapped in chocolate which cost 17 €. So I was expecting the perfect! Instead, I tried the more stale saraglaki, tasteless, without a trace of syrup, with a stone leaf that was simply wrapped in chocolate to be smoked while they should have been thrown away. When you gentlemen sell wrapped sweets at the price of 17 € / kg to respect the customer accordingly.

Έχει εξωτερικά τραπέζια να καθήσεις και να απολαύσεις τον καφέ και το παγωτό η ότι άλλο έχει η όρεξη σας!!!! Δεν παρέχεται σερβίρισμα είναι self service!!! Words are unnecessary!!! All employees are excellent !!! Excellent service!!! It has outdoor tables to sit and enjoy coffee and ice cream or whatever your appetite is !!!! No serving is self service !!!

Self service με τραπέζια έξω για να κάτσεις..Το 5* το κρατάω για την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθώ την πόλη και το μαγαζί εννοείται.. 4 * for its quality ice cream, which with 2 balls and 3 € is super ... Self service with tables outside to sit..I keep 5 * for the next time I visit the city and the store is meant ..

Μην καθησετε στα διπλανα καταστήματα γιατί είναι πανάκριβα, ο φραπες έχει 3,5 €, ενώ εδώ 2€ και κέρασμα σιροπιαστο γλυκακι Exquisite shop in front of the lake with wonderful sweets and ice creams. Do not sit in the nearby shops because they are very expensive, the frappe has 3.5 €, while here 2 € and a sweet syrup treat

v	velvet thunder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best kaïmaki in the world. It has always been my favourite ice cream flavour and THIS IS THE BEST ONE I've ever tried! The service is superb and the stuff friendly. If you're ever in the city of Ioannina, this place is a must visit. After all, there is culinary tourism for a reason. Enjoy!!!
