H	Helen Plague Doctor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά προσπαθούσα να ξεχάσω αυτό το φιάσκο αλλά είδα μια χορηγούμενη δημοσίευση τους στο instagram και ανακάλεσα στην μνήμη μου ένα συμβαν του περασμένου Σεπτέμβρη. Κάλεσα στο εν λόγω ζαχαροπλαστείο για να παραγγείλω μια τούρτα για ένα φιλικό μου πρόσωπο το οποίο διαμένει στην Νίκαια. Κάπου εδώ θα παραδεχτώ το λάθος μου μιας και εμπιστέυτηκα τις κριτικές για το κατάστημα, εφόσον εγώ δεν είμαι ντόπια, οπότε θεώρησα ότι πρόκειται για ένα καλό ζαχαροπλαστείο. Μπορεί και να είναι. Μπορεί οι άνθρωποι να κεντάνε στις τούρτες με ζαχαρόπαστα αλλά με απλά σχέδια μάλλον δεν έχουν εξασκηθεί αρκετά. Ο κύριος με τον οποίο μίλησα ονόματι Κωνσταντίνος-αν θυμάμαι καλά- στην αρχή δεν ήθελε να δεχτεί την τηλεφωνική μου παραγγελία γιατί δεν θα μπορούσα να περάσω και να εξοφλήσω την τούρτα πριν την ημέρα της παράδοσης-πράγμα απόλυτα λογικό- οπότε εκείνος με την σειρά του μου πρότεινε να καταθέσω το 50% του ποσού στον λογαριασμό τους. Κάπου εδώ να σημειωθεί ότι ο τόνος του για κάποιο λόγο ήταν σχετικά ειρωνικός χωρίς να του έχει δωθεί κάποιο τέτοιο δικαίωμα. Βέβαια εγώ κατέθεσα από την αρχή το 100% για να διασφαλίσω την παραγγελία και αυτό ήταν το λάθος μου. Όπως βλέπετε, η φωτογραφία με την έντονη μπλε τούρτα είναι αυτή που ζήτησα, σχετικά απλή, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία και έπειτα βλέπετε τι παρέλαβα. Μάλιστα στην τηλεφωνική μας συζήτηση- αφού είχε προηγηθεί επικοινωνία μέσω viber για να δει το σχέδιο της τούρτας-μου είπε “Πού να βρω τέτοια κεράσια; Αλλά ενταξεί μην αγχώνεστε θα τα βολέψω”. Μιλάμε για απλά κεράσια μαρασκίνο που έχει και στο σουπερ μαρκετ και αντί γι’αυτο που ζήτησα μάλλον έλαβα γλυκό του κουταλιού βύσσινο! Ως προς την γεύση που ήταν φερέρο, ήταν μια κλασική τούρτα, φρέσκια μεν αδιάφορη δε. Από κει και πέρα η τούρτα που ζήτησα και αυτή που παρέλαβα δεν είχαν τίποτα κοινό, ούτε καν το το ύψος της τούρτας. Δεν νομίζω ότι ζήτησα κάτι παράλογο ως προς το σχέδιο και ήρθα αντιμέτωπη με μια αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά γιατί δεν με κάλεσαν να με ενημερώσουν για να μου πουν ότι δεν μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν σε αυτό που τους ζητήθηκε και να βρεθεί μια κάποια εναλλακτική λύση. Αν δεν είχα αποπληρώσει την τούρτα ούτε που θα την έπερνα και συν τοις άλλοις εκτέθηκα και στην παρέα μου. Σε περίπτωση που θεωρηθεί ότι δεν εγινε η παραγγελία από αυτό το ζαχαροπλαστείο και πρόκειται για προϊόν συκοφάντησης, να σας ενημερώσω πως έχω την απόδειξη της τραπεζικής συναλλαγής. Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν μια καλή εμπειρία για εμάς. I was generally trying to forget this fiasco but I saw a sponsored post on instagram and recalled an incident last September. I called this patisserie to order a cake for a friend of mine who lives in Nice. Somewhere here I will admit my mistake since I trusted the reviews for the store, since I am not local, so I thought it was a good patisserie. It can be. People may embroider on sugar paste cakes but with simple designs they probably have not practiced enough. The gentleman I spoke to named Konstantinos - if I remember correctly - at first did not want to accept my phone order because I could not pass and pay for the cake before the day of delivery - which makes perfect sense - so he in turn suggested that I deposit 50% of the amount in their account. Somewhere here it should be noted that his tone for some reason was relatively ironic without being given such a right. Of course I deposited 100% from the beginning to secure the order and that was my mistake. As you can see, the photo with the bright blue cake is the one I asked for, relatively simple, without much difficulty and then you see what I received. In fact, in our telephone conversation - after a previous communication via viber to see the design of the cake - he said to me “Where can I find such cherries? But okay, do not worry, I will enjoy them ". We are talking about simple maraschino cherries that are also available in the supermarket and instead of what I asked for, I probably received a spoonful of sour cherries! As for the taste that was ferrero, it was a classic cake, fresh but indifferent. Beyond that, the cake I asked for and the one I received had nothing in common, not even the height of the cake. I do not think I asked for anything irrational about the plan and was faced with unprofessional behavior because they did not call me to tell me that they could not meet what was asked of them and find some alternative. If I had not repaid the cake, I would not have spent it, and on top of that, I was exposed to my company. In case it is considered that the order was not placed by this patisserie and it is a product of slander, let me inform you that I have the proof of the banking transaction. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us.
