Δεν είχε σαφές οδηγίες για την συναρμολόγηση μόνο 4 εικόνες και το πλαστικό στο φώτα ξεκολλούσε από την πρώτη μέρα. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα αλλά η μεταφορική που συνεργάζεται είναι χαλιά προσοχή στον οδηγό……….. Very rough construction experience the Car Bed New GT1-3 Full Extra Blue. He did not have clear instructions for assembling only 4 images and the plastic on the lights came off from the first day. Good service in the store but the transport company that cooperates is carpets, attention to the driver ……… ..
Β	Βασιλεία Σκεμπε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι πιο χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση! Είναι η πρώτη φορά που μέτα από τόσες αγορές μέσω Internet, αντιμετωπισαμε τέτοια συμπεριφορά! Πληρώσαμε κρεβάτι και στρώμα κ δεν ξέραμε που βρίσκονται τα πράγματα. Τους στείλαμε e-mail με την μεταφορική κ από μόνοι τους αποφάσισαν να τα πάνε σε άλλη μεταφορική. Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπονται για τον τρόπο που μιλούν στο τηλέφωνο. Είναι σαν να σου λένε :αφού πλήρωσες, τι με νοιάζει εμένα τώρα για τα πράγματα κ πως έφθασαν. The worst in service! It is the first time after so many online purchases, we have encountered such behavior! We paid for a bed and a mattress and we did not know where things were. We sent them an e-mail with the transport company and on their own they decided to take them to another transport company. They should be ashamed of the way they talk on the phone. It's like they tell you: after you paid, what do I care now about things and how they came about.

Όλα τα ερωτήματα που είχα απαντώνταν γρήγορα μέσω email. The crib we got is very beautiful and of very good quality. The shipment to Cyprus was made immediately. All the questions I had were answered quickly via email.

Με προφαση την καραντινα επικοινωνουν με το εργοστασιο.... The small bed (car bed) worth 500 euros broke as it went up. The child is 16 kilos ... for the past 7 months we have been communicating and so on. Under the pretext of quarantine, they communicate with the factory ....
V	VILMA PAPADIMITRIOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνέπεια, καλή ποιότητα και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση!! Βρήκαμε ένα έπιπλο μέσω site το παραγγειλαμε και ήρθε Αθήνα. Σε άριστη κατάσταση όπως ακριβώς το είδαμε στο site, και στον συγκεκριμένο χρόνο που μας είπαν. Consistency, good quality and very good service !! We found a piece of furniture through a site, we ordered it and it came to Athens. In excellent condition, just as we saw on the site, and at the specific time they told us.
M	Michail Agnantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! Τζάμπα χρόνος και χρήμα!! Ξεκίνησα από τα Τρίκαλα για να είμαι εκεί στις 14:00 αλλά βρέθηκα μπροστά σε κλειστές πόρτες. Έπαιρνα τηλ και μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες το συκώσανε και μου είπανε πολύ απλά ότι κλείσανε και όταν τους είπα ότι τι κατάστημά σας κλείνει στις 15:00 μου είπανε ναι αλλά είναι στο πρακτορείο τώρα και δεν μπορούνε να ερθουνε και αν θέλω να περιμένω ως τις 18:00 η ώρα που θα πάνε για μια παράδοση! Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω ζήσει!! Μακριά και ξανά μακριά από αυτή την εταιρία, καλύτερα να δώσω 100 ευρώ παραπάνω κάπου άλλου σε σοβαρό κατάστημα με εξυπηρέτηση και όχι σαν αυτούς εδώ!!! Το καλύτερο της υπόθεσης ήτανε όταν τους είπα ότι θα σας γράψω κριτική για αυτό το περιστατικό μου είπανε πως εχουνε δικηγόρο ? UNACCEPTABLE !!! Great time and money !! I started from Trikala to be there at 14:00 but I found myself in front of closed doors. I got on the phone and after many attempts they shook it and told me very simply that they closed and when I told them that your store closes at 15:00 they said yes but they are at the agency now and they can not come and if I want to wait until 18 : 00 the time they will go for a delivery! The worst service I have ever had !! Far and away from this company, better to give 100 euros more somewhere else in a serious store with service and not like them here !!! The best part was when I told them I would write a review for this incident they told me they have a lawyer ?
