Υπήρξε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία απο πλευράς τους με το που έγινε η παραγγελία για να βεβαιωθούν πως γνωρίζω τις ακριβείς διαστάσεις του τάπητα διαδρόμου. Τον κατασκεύασαν και τον απέστειλαν αυθημερόν στην Αθήνα. Παρέλαβα την άλλη μέρα. Ενώ δεν σταμάτησε να υπάρχει συνεχής ενημέρωση για την πορεία της παραγγελίας και πληροφορίες για την περιποίηση του τάπητα. Πολύ καλό υλικό, σε ασυναγώνιστη τιμή.
Εξίσου σημαντικό ότι διαφοροποιούν τους τάπητες ανάλογα με τα χιλιοστά πάχους τους σε οικιακούς, ημιεπαγγελματικούς και επαγγελματικούς, άλλες εταιρείες δεν το κάνουν.
