U	Ugorji Agbai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and confusing service. Travellers beware. Booked a minibus for 9 people for a special bridal party dinner from Agios Nikolaos to Zakynthos Town. The taxi driver didn’t arrive. The office phone number went straight to voice mail for 30mins solid. We then got a call from the driver to ask where we were and where we were going, much to our confusion having already booked this trip 3hrs prior. He then said there had been confusion as to whether I had confirmed the trip or not. Which made no sense since he was calling ME to confirm the details of the trip. I was very clear when I called to book but was willing to put it down as language barrier confusion…. Mistake. The driver then offered to pick us up in 25mins and simply didn’t come, again. When we called the office number someone answered and aggressively said the taxi had definitely left but wouldn’t confirm when they left or roughly when they were arriving . We waited for about 50mins (at this point nearly 2hrs after our original pick up time) before giving up and going to another restaurant closer by, with our bridal party booking abandoned. If you would like to get to your destination on time (or at all) I would book elsewhere.
