Avevamo prenotato una escursione in barca alle 15 del pomeriggio, arriviamo lì e ci dicono che l'escursione è rimandata perché le barche non sarebbero uscite, quindi rimandiamo al giorno dopo e questa volta hanno la decenza di segnare il mio numero di telefono per eventuali cambiamenti. Il giorno dopo mi chiamano e mi dicono che non sapevano se avrebbero fatto l'escursione delle 15 e quindi di fatto ci costringono a fare quella Delle 12 e nemmeno con la barca che avevamo precedentemente scelto, ma con un altro catorcio che dopo dieci minuti dall'inizio del viaggio, si rompe e ci lascia un mezzo al mare... Dopo un trasbordo proseguiamo, ovviamente senza recuperare il tempo preso... Tornati al porto avremmo dovuto trovare il mezzo che doveva riportarci in cittá... Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di un ora prima che avessero la decenza di venirci a prendere... Pessimo servizio e pessima organizzazione!! Bad service. We had booked a boat excursion at 3pm, we get there and they tell us that the excursion is postponed because the boats would not go out, so we postpone until the next day and this time they have the decency to write down my phone number for any changes . The next day they call me and tell me that they did not know if they would have done the excursion at 15 and therefore in fact they force us to do that of the 12 and not even with the boat we had previously chosen, but with another wreck that after ten minutes start of the journey, it breaks down and leaves us a vehicle at the sea ... After a transfer we continue, obviously without recovering the time taken ... Back at the port we had to find the vehicle that was to take us back to the city ... We had to wait more than an hour before they had the decency to pick us up ... Bad service and bad organization !!

Shes there to help and looks after all her customers. We booked 2 trips that were excellent, nearly half the expected price. This is a company, and person that you can trust.
