★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange layout for the store, and the salespeople were not the friendliest. Also felt a bit uncomfortable as I was being constantly watched by security despite just browsing (and not even touching!) the clothing - I mean, it's Zara, not Tiffany's. Never had this issue in other Zara shops, so I'm not sure what the situation was that day.

The cashier was a girl that I advised her to keep my stuff for 10 minutes and I will be back because i have forgotten my card. So she did. I went and I brought back my card, stayed on the queue again. When it was my turn to pickup and pay the items from the other cashier. She was a girl as well, she replied with an attitude ? ans she was so rude. The first thing she said "what took you so long?!!" knowing that I came back for my items and stayed on the queue. I did not say anything about. But she did not stop there. Once she put the items on the bag, she gave throw the receipt and barely hit me with it on the face.
I have always been a loyal customer to zara. Now, No way I will be a customer to this specific store again.
