A	Antonis N. Fetokakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is almost impossible to find an emploee to help you find what you need to buy! The only staff that exist in the shop are the cashiers! It's shame for such a prosperous firm not to have the necessary staff for the proper service of their cients.
l	lime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i made a purchase of 1000 euro and i returned some things back. The store didnt issue credit notes for some items and when i asked how i will prove that i returned the things back they said I dont need to worry and i will get my money back in a few days. The returns were made back in January and until now the 11th of FEb and despite i have made several calls and wrote countless emails to ask about it nobody from Inditex had the courtesy to reply. It seems that if you dont check yr bills for what has been returned and you just trust that they are honest in their transactions, the company will just forget to refund you the money. Such a pity for this big name!

This location happens to have a greater selection of sale items compared to the other one in Kolanaki, so you are bound to find a bargain here. Despite its well heeled location and high quality merchandise, there is something for every price point.

A	Angel Dunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a bath robe online and requested in store pick up. I then got given the telephone number of the glyfada store to check availability. After 17 calls I got through and was told my item was in stock. I walked 7km today to the store to be told abruptly by the gentlemen at the door it was not in stock. I said please help me tell me what to do I will wait outside if you tell me how or where I can collect it. He then said he had no more time to deal with me and would call the police if I didn't leave. I am completely shocked that Zara home feel this is an appropriate way to treat a customer!!!!
E	EMMANUEL VASSILIADIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is conveniently located near a tram stop so there is almost no need to take a car unless it is absolutely necessary, and by that I referring to parking problem the entire area has, so unless you have to don't trouble your self by taking your car in Glyfada. Now, besides that all the rest is a nice shopping experience, after all the scanning and screening of my paperwork and my ID I walked in and almost immediately a member of the staff approached me and asked if I needed help finding a product, everything was done in minutes, I went to cashier and paid with my Debit Card. The store accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, everyone was friendly and professional, they also have an elevator for people with disabilities which is also a plus, nicely decorated throughout the year as expected from a shop of its kind. I recommend shopping there although the prices are for the middle and up society but it's worth it since quality value for money ratio is very good.
