★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Zara clothes. They look great, affordable, without looking too cheap. Their store here in Heraklion is a chaotic mess! Maybe it's just because it's sale season, but I wouldn't see this cluster of clothes and disorder in other Greece Zara stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's not to love about Zara. 3 floors of clothing and you can walk through to the Home store. You cannot, however, pay for clothing and home goods at the same till must be in the respective store. Only downside is the queues. Why can't they have more tills when it is always so busy? Best to go very early in the morning or middle of the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had in my live. Worst security, in order to enter the shop people have to stay in the line exactly one after another I even couldn’t stand together with my wife. We left our friend in the queue and on return the security didn’t let us in saying that’s not a bar and we have to go to wait again at the end of the queue, while our friend was first in the line!!
Will never come back to this store??? you lost 5 potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this branch on a busy Saturday. I've been a Zara customer for many years and I've also worked there so I understand how difficult it is sometimes.
We bought some items but service at the tills was very slow (15 minutes for 3 customers).
Only a handful of fitting rooms for a 3 storey shop which doesn't help as well.
Overall merchandising was great and plenty of selection for both men's and womenswear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with a baby and they made me wait for 20 minutes to tell me i have to wait for each pair of clothing in the line again and again. i didnt intend on brining all the clothes in the garderobe since i knew the rules because of prevention of stealing, they were planned to stay with baby in front of the garderobe as i clearly stated to the worst worker in zara history. i needed clothes asap. people were cutting in front of me but the worker didnt care, she just cared to make a mothers life a living hell. question for the manager: how come i have to wait in line for 6 clothes again and again, but when i buy i dont have to wait in line 3 times to by 18 articles of clothes? thank god i never made it to the cash register since ive heard the workers take the same amount of time it takes (to wait in line behind 20 people )per person. i thought zara workers were underpaid, but with the rudeness and self righteousness of the worker i believe i was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara is shop where you always can find something to buy. I was there on a holiday from UK but went in for a quick look. I bought a very nice handbag. The staff very helpful but cashdesk very very slow.
