Simpatiche e si trovano al centro di Gaios, così che si possano fare i biglietti prima di recarsi al New Port di Paxos. Prepared, strong-willed staff, especially helpful in speaking Italian. Nice and located in the center of Gaios, so that you can get tickets before going to the New Port of Paxos.

Α	Αφροδιτη Απ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι μόνοι που μας βοήθησαν κ βγάλαμε άκρη με την επιστροφή μας από τους Παξούς. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση και κάνουν ότι καλύτερο μπορούν. The only ones who helped us and we made ends meet on our return from Paxos. Good service and they do the best they can.

S	Stauros Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξηπερετηση που είχα ποτέ. Η υπάλληλος αγενής όσο δεν πάει άλλο. Και είχε το θρασως να αναφέρει ότι εγώ έχω ύφος. Δεν με βοήθησαν καθόλου. Δεν ήξεραν καν να ξεχωρίζουν εναmail από ένα site. The worst experience I've ever had. The clerk is rude as long as it goes. And he had the audacity to say that I have style. They did not help me at all. They did not even know how to distinguish an email from a site.
A	Athan Verletis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά με την υπάλληλο του γραφείου σήμερα το πρωί. Δεν έβρισκε την κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει από την Παρασκευή για 2 εισητήρια, οπότε μας έκλεισε εκ νέου. Μας είπε λοιπόν στο τηλέφωνο ότι θα πρέπει να πάμε εντός μισής ώρας στα εκδοτήρια ή στο γραφείο. Πήγαμε στα εκδοτήρια στο λιμάνι και εκεί μάθαμε ότι ανοίγουν 1 ώρα πριν την αναχώρηση του πλοίου. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο ΞΑΝΑ και μας είπε ότι θα πρέπει να πάμε στο γραφείο, τα εκδοτήρια είναι κλειστά οπότε Ξανά γυρίσαμε στο Γαϊο από όπου είχαμε φύγει για τα εκδοτήρια! Η υπάλληλος τουλάχιστον βαριόταν και θα έλεγα ότι ήταν αγενής. Μόνο που δεν μας έδιωξε από το γραφείο για να μην την κουράσουμε. Δεν μας είπε καν για τα ερωτηματολόγια που πρέπει να συμπληρώσουμε , ούτε για το όνομα του πλοίου. We contacted the clerk by phone this morning. He could not find the reservation we had made since Friday for 2 tickets, so he closed us again. So he told us on the phone that we should go to the ticket office or the office within half an hour. We went to the ticket offices at the port and there we learned that they open 1 hour before the departure of the ship. We called again and he told us that we should go to the office, the ticket offices are closed so we went back to Gaios where we had left for the ticket offices! The clerk at least was bored and I would say she was rude. Only she did not kick us out of the office so as not to tire her. He did not even tell us about the questionnaires we had to fill out, nor about the name of the ship.
